Parking in alley to left of house is very narrow, only wide enough for a small compact car. Excellent location to enjoy old Charleston and King Street. Host was excellent. Beds were comfortable.

This place was clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is within walking distance of all the fun shops and places to eat. The host was reachable and so helpful to us. We are grateful that we found a reasonable place to enjoy our vacation!

It was very convenient. It’s was nicely outfitted too. The smaller room had an odor, though. A good air purifier would do wonders in there. If we visit again, I’d prefer the upstairs unit.

Definitely would recommend! Host was great. Only note for future guests: be aware that it can be somewhat loud at night being that close to King St - people walking home from the bars being loud. Having a Parking spot was great - we had a Kia Telluride and it barely fit.

Perfect Property in the Perfect Location

We came down for the Credit One tournament (and the shopping, and the eating!) and had a lovely time. The location was perfect for our purposes.

Excellent location in Charleston. Very clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable! There were plenty of towels and toiletries available. The location is perfect being just a block and a half away from King Street. It was easy to walk to many restaurants and shops on Kings. There were also several nearby restaurants within a block or two for breakfast and pizza. We loved our stay in Charleston and staying here made it a fantastic trip!! I would give it six stars if I could. Excellent place to stay visiting Charleston!!

Everything was perfect about this property. Location, cleanliness, comfort. We were stuck in the Dallas airport for two days and missed out on two days of our stay, but the place was still there and ready for us when we arrived. The area was very walkable and UBERs were plentiful. The only thing to be aware of is the weekend was a little noisy due to partying, but they were having fun...so what can you say. Thank you Stay Duvet.

Great wedding getaway

Perfect for a long weekend getaway for a family wedding. Great communication and all questions were addressed and answered promptly! House was quiet and had everything we needed during our stay. Perfect location for Foodies and Fun

This beautiful home is centrally located and a block away from King street where many of the wonderful restaurants and night life is located. The home was clean, well decorated and perfectly met our needs. The kind size bed was very comfortable with soft comfy sheets and good pillows. I would definitely pick this place again for our next stay in Charleston.

Girls Trip

The suite was as pictured and described! Centrally located for lots of things. We walked to most things and it’s lots of walking but Uber is available. Great coffee shops close. The whole trip was seamless!

I've never been to Charleston before, and the location of this property was perfect to easily get around. About 2 blocks away, on King Street, there is a stop for the FREE Dash shuttle operated by Carta. It is like a hop on hop off bus. There are 3 different routes it take. Some of the stops are the Visitor Center, City Market, Waterfront Park, Citadel, Aquarium. Weekday hours are 6:30 am to 10:00 pm, and comes every 15-30 minutes.Narrated tour: From the main visitor center, we purchased a narrated 90 minute mini bus tour from a driver/guide. The guide was an expert on anything and everything in Charleston. We drove all over town and hit many highlights - drove through the French Quarter and other neighborhoods, hi end shopping area, etc. Air Conditioned!

Nice 2bed/2bath in great location

We came to Charleston for spring break and found this great house last minute. Two large bedrooms with duvets, which I love. This place has 2 bathrooms so each room had their own. It was very clean and the kitchen seemed well stocked although we didn’t cook while there. Checkin/checkout was very easy. There is also off street parking, which is great, but beware the driveway is very narrow to the point it’s difficult to get out of the car unless you’re parked close to the sidewalk. Overall, A+.

Highly Recommended Home in Charleston

We loved everything about this home in Charleston! The porch was a lovely place to sip coffee or wine and greet the neighbors. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants, historic sites, and colleges. The host was very responsive to the concerns we raised (ie, not being able to access the cable on the tv, although the streaming worked; a printed channel guide would have been helpful; and the fire alarms going off one night despite no evidence of smoke or fire; we informed the host that we disabled the alarms and the next day maintenance staff replaced both units). The home appeared extremely clean. The keypad locks made entry and check-in super easy. We highly recommend this home in Charleston!
