SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine

LATE CHECKOUT: If we are able to accommodate a late checkout, which is contingent on our availability, there is a $25/hr fee

There is construction that occurs across the street on weekdays starting in the morning, which has the potential for some noise.

Our pool is currently closed for seasonal maintenance and will reopen in mid-May. In the meantime, guests are warmly invited to unwind and soak up the sun in our relaxing sunbathing areas.
