This charming village home is ideally located in Maussane-les-Alpilles, in the heart of Provence's golden triangle, just a five-minute stroll from the village centre.
Filled with natural light, the home offers a variety of welcoming living spaces, including a swimming pool and pool house, all with lovely views of the garden or the countryside.
The space
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living and dining area connected to an open-plan kitchen, perfect for family gatherings or relaxing evenings. A bright additional sitting room offers direct access to the heated swimming pool and garden. The master suite includes a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor.
The upper level includes two more en suite bedrooms, equipped with a bath tub/a shower and toilets, perfect for guests seeking privacy.
Outside, the southeast-facing enclosed garden features a beautiful swimming pool, along with a pool house with an outdoor dining table and an outdoor lounge area. Subject to weather conditions and on request, the pool is typically heated in April, May, September and October.
The property also includes a carport for secure off-street parking.
