Family Owned East Austin private tiny home 1 mi to light rail to downtown, SXSW, Q2 Stadium, Austin FC. 2 mi from UT Texas Longhorns Football, Basketball, Baseball, Moody Center, Moody Amphitheater, East Side restaurants and bars. 3 mi from downtown, Red River, 6th St. Easy commute to airport, COTA, F1, Zilker Park, ACL Fest. Close to the action but peaceful enough to rest and relax. Great local coffee, breweries, restaurants, parks, walking trails, skate park, pools, playgrounds.
Get ready to relax in this adorable 2-bedroom house in Austin. With a king bed, a queen bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. This charming property also features a bathroom with a shower, a washing machine, dryer, AC, heating, WiFi, and 2 televisions. Book now and enjoy everything this house has to offer.
This home is fully furnished and capable of providing a comfortable stay for a quick work trip or family holiday. Kitchen furnished by a skilled home chef. Most requests for additional kitchen tools will be considered/accommodated with advance notice.
-Sleep in comfort on a restful king bed in the downstairs back bedroom.
-Relax in the loft bedroom queen size bed which comes with lovely views of the mature trees. The upstairs loft is cozy yet roomy and includes a small reading nook perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good book. Old school Nintendo can also provide hours of entertainment.
-Lounge and/or sleep in the living room which has a comfortable couch bed.
-A Pack 'n Play is also provided for little ones if needed as well as a container of toys. Please message me and I’ll be happy to place these items for you in the home upon arrival.
-A limited amount of coffee and tea is provided as well as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap.
-Meyers cleaning supplies and 7th Generation Laundry products used in the home. Please let host know of any special accommodation requests.

We built our tiny home with the intention of sharing it with family and friends, especially because our main home is on the smaller side. We wanted a space that could offer more room for gatherings, laughter, and memories. After spending time in this cozy retreat, we fell in love with it so much that we decided to open it up to others. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation and connection, and we’re excited to share its warmth and charm with those who mean the most to us—and now, with anyone looking for a peaceful, inviting place to stay.
