Stylish and with a modern decoration, it has the following layout and amenities:
- 2 Master Bedrooms with Queen Size Beds
- 2 Complete Bathrooms with Shower plate (Shampoo and Gel is provided)
- Bright living room with a dining area up to 4 people
- Fully equipped Kitchen with all the essentials and utensils to prepare a delicious meal
Last but not least, it also includes:
- High Speed internet & Smart TV
There is a no-smoking policy on the property (fee of $350).
We strive to take the best care of our guests and have been Super Hosts for over two years. For guests, there is nothing worse than having a host cancel at the last minute for any number of reasons and being left to find a new place in a panic and rush. We take pride in never having canceled a confirmed guest reservation. However over the past 2 years on a few occasions, there have been circumstances beyond our control, such as plumbing leaks or excessive damage caused by previous guests that require a few days to fix. As a consequence, if a guest books any of our properties, we reserve the right to upgrade them to a superior and more expensive apartment in the same neighborhood to ensure they have a smooth and happy stay.
The whole property
House rules have to be observed by the guests, non compliance will imply a penalty fee since we want you to enjoy your stay while respecting the community and neighbors.
This is a quiet community, please observe quiet hours at night 11PM to 08:00AM.
Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed (fee of $350).
Check in:
We don't do self-check in.
Check in time is from 3PM to 1AM (next day) but there would be a late check in fee that would apply as follow:
- $30 after 9PM.
- 50$ after 11PM.
- 100$ after midnight to 1AM.
Check out:
Official check out time is at 11AM the latest.
Late check out without agreement will result on 150$ penalty fee.
Lost Key fee:
If you lock yourselves out, there is a fee of $150.
If you lose the keys there is a fee of $350.
Please keep the AC temperature above 72-73 degrees to avoid pipe freezing, leaks and to maintain the AC's efficiency & prevent any other issues.
