This is a 3 story estate. The owner lives upstairs on the top floor and will be available for any help you may need during your stay. You will have private entrance access via security code straight into your area separated from the top floor. No shared spaces.

This lovely home in the Hollywood Hills was perfect for our long weekend in LA. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, garage parking, and near all hot spots in Hollywood and Beverly Hills. Nice kitchen area with fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Communication with Sam, the owner was great! This home has everything you need for a quiet stay in the hills...loved sitting on the porch and looking down at LA below. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again!

Spacious Comfortable and Well Located

This is a truly comfortable accommodation with lots of light, views of Wiltshire/midtown, and lots of close by walking, eating and entertainment.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

We had a comfortable stay at this vacation rental. The place was clean and well-maintained, and the location was close to everything we needed. While we appreciated the kitchenette, we would have preferred a full kitchen, as the limited appliances made cooking a bit challenging. Overall, a pleasant stay in a convenient and tidy spot.

We had a great stay. One of the best things about this place is how close it is to everything but how quiet it is! It really is the best of both worlds.

Completely flawless

The priperty is situated in the beautiful Hollywood Hills, with stunning views over Hollywood. The property contains everything you may need throughout your stay, including use of the garage.Sam is the best host you can ask for, even checking in to make sure that everything's okay with your stay. 10/10, would highly recommended!

The property is Hollywood of a past era. A eclectic mix of styles that function well but are dated. Overall nice and clean and the location is great. King size beds are super comfortable. Would happily stay again.

We really enjoyed the location of this unit. The layout is a teeny bit funky - there isn't a real kitchen, the bedrooms area downstairs, bathrooms are dated, the owner lives in a different section of the house - we heard other people but never met anyone in person.The unit smelled heavily of intense cleaning products when we first arrived.

This property is spacious, in a fun spot and the hosts were very accommodating. We we were late due to traffic and they waited and were very inviting. They had many local suggestions. We would stay again!

amazing location great host

This property is in a great location very close to lots of shops, restaurants, etc. it’s up in the hills, so it has great view of the city. Only drawback would be that it doesn’t have a real kitchen if you want to actually cook, but you can do quick heat ups, air fryer, oven sink, and refrigerator. The beds are extremely comfortable, and there are decks on both level levels of the house.

Lovely spot in the trees

Lovely view, feels like a place in the hills away from it all, but it's right there so close to everything. Spacious and comfortable, bed was comfy too. Sam the host was communicative and hospitable.

XL house in West Hollywood. Great views. Serene.

We had a fabulous time at this XL home. Beautiful surroundings, great view from the balcony but still felt private and secluded. Location was perfect - close to the action of West Hollywood but peaceful at the home. Host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Aplace

What a wonderful place to stay in the West Hollywood Hills. Just a few blocks off The Strip, and the Comedy Store. this home was a perfect place to stay during our time in LA. Leslie couldn’t have been a better host, her place was clean, comfortable and quiet. Loved to have a safe and easy place to park our car in garage after full days of exploring the west side. Just as described in the listing. We recommend this place and will return to stay again!!!

Closer to main Hollywood attractions than expected.

The host was wonderful and welcoming, very communicative but respectful of our privacy. His place was amazing and peaceful, beautiful surroundings, 2 mnts drive to The Comedy Store. Plenty of fancy restaurants around Madeo, Katana, Toca Madera, Sunset Plaza. We also were able to explore the beautiful restaurants in the hotels around the neighborhood and their very trendy bars. In the mornings we enjoy going hiking to the Runyon Canyon. The location was more centric than expected closer to Hollywood, and other main tourist attractions.

Great host, great location, great views - what's not to like?

The pictures and description are quite accurate. The living room was great, the beds were comfy. The view from the balcony was AMAZING - my son and I sat out there for about 2 hours just chatting and admiring the view of downtown LA as well as the hollywood hills themselves. Location? GREAT! But what put it a step above was the host. Sam was so nice, super communicator, gave awesome recommendations on where to eat, replied to messages super quickly. We really enjoyed it.
