Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the condo, but the community pool and spa within PGA WEST are just across the street. They are open 6:00am to 10:00pm, seven days a week. The HOA may temporarily adjust hours or close the facilities for maintenance, so please check the posted signs during your stay.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150 per animal. Community pool and spa access is included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

There is garage and guest parking for up to four vehicles. The HOA prohibits street parking.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. PGA WEST is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please note that the home requires climbing stairs.



A few closets and cupboards are locked off for the owner's belongings; the rest of the condo and its outdoor spaces are all yours.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
