PLEASE NOTE:

- Mandatory one-time fees include resort fee of US$150 (plus tax), a management fee of USD $99, community fee of $99 and cleaning fee of $175 per reservation taken at the time of booking.

- All guests check-in at the Hilton Head Accommodations office located at 20 Executive Park Road, Suite #200, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

- To check-in, bring your valid government-issued photo ID or passport to the front desk in the lobby. The minimum age required to check-in is 25 years old.

Excellent stay at Shipyard

We enjoyed our stay at the Shipyard. The condo was updated and everything was in working order, except the master shower which dripped out. We were disappointed that the hot tub was broken for much of our stay. It would definitely be better if everyone at access to the beach through Port O'Call. Going all the way around is long! The bikes were awesome.

Staycation

Plenty of room and the kitchen was perfect for preparing our meals. It’s a two minute bike ride to the beach.

Great vacation but poor check-in instructions

Property was excellent everything listed on the site at the time of booking was accurate. Challenge was with Check-in we spent over 1.5 hrs first finding the checking office as incorrect address was provided then we were sent to wrong unit. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Needs maintenance

The property was reasonably clean and had a good view of the golf course. Check-in and check-out were simple and convenient. However, we were disappointed about a few things. We spoke directly to an agent when we booked and specifically wanted two bedrooms with king or queen size beds. We received one king and two twin beds. The twins beds could not be joined as they were different sizes and both mattresses need to be replaced as they were uncomfortable. In addition, the screen was missing from that bedroom. We were told to leave a maintenance card on the door and any repairs would be taken care of during the day. No one arrived. Golf was very good and booking easy but not FREE, each person paid $32.00 for the mandatory cart. A good deal but not free. I would not recommend for two couples.
