Welcome to beautiful Lake Ouachita! You are going to love your stay at The 23A in Mountain Harbor Resort. From our condo you are close to 2 swimming pools, a beach, tennis courts, basketball court, playgrounds and lots of trails for walking, mountain biking and ATV riding. Our favorite is Hickory Nut Mountain. The view is incredible! The lodge has a great lake view restaurant! You can enjoy your food at their outside dining area along with 2 fire pits, a cocktail pool and family games like corn hole. At the marina, you can rent boats, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards and canoes. If you are bringing your own boat, you can rent boat slips by the day through the resort. You can also get scuba certified! Fishing guides are available. There are 2 bass guides & 1 striper guide. I can tell you from experience - it is a BLAST for all ages! You can also visit the Horse Stables at Mountain Harbor Resort. You will love watching the deer roam. There is no better place to relax and spend time with your family than Our Place!

The area is beautiful. The condo is nice . Had lots of stairs not good for someone with a bad knee. Didn’t like the fact that only one car can park by the condo the other car was suppose to park about 100 yards walk to an over flow on the hill. I would stay here again because it was worth the stay .

This property has an active cockroach infestation. We found and killed six cockroaches over two nights, including in the living area, kitchen, and bathrooms. The unsanitary conditions forced our family to sleep with the lights on, and our children were afraid to walk around the house. We sent the host photo proof and checked out early on Thursday morning. Despite the clear health hazard, the host refused to refund us for the unused nights of our stay. Do not stay here.

This is an inaccurate review of our property. We have monthly indoor & outdoor pest control. All documentation from our pest control company was sent to VRBO for review, as well as the additional pest control visit within 24 hours of this report. The company reported no pest findings & VRBO ruled on our side. This site does not allow properties to remain active with pest problems.

The condo was very nice, comfortable and clean. The guest shower leaked a little on the sliding doors, there was no instructions on how to use the thermostat and it would of been nice to have a hair dryer. And we couldn't find a way from the condo to walk to the lake or the LOViT trail.

We had a nice stay! It was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean! The bed was comfortable and the couch was, as well! Unfortunately, the dishwasher did not work, but the host was trying to resolve - hopefully it's working for the next guests. Our grands came for a couple of days - we took them to the pool and it was CLOSED! This was disappointing; as we were not informed of this prior to arrival. The outdoor grill is a pellet grill - and the store doesn't sell pellets - we could not use it. These issues were minor - and know what to ask before our next visit - we recommend this beautiful condo! Great stay on beautiful Lake Ouachita!!!

This place looks exactly as shown on VRBO. Was what we needed for the weekend that we had planned. Dawn to dusk on the lake, a place to lay our head at night. Communication with owner was great. Check-in was super easy and fast too. If you are going to be spending much time in the condo, I’d advise the following:If you aren’t a flat pillow person, bring your own. We put two together and ended up being very comfortable. Ask ahead how to use the thermostat. We got in late and didn’t want to bother then owner. Took us two you-tube videos and ChatGPT to figure it out. Parking is tight in the evening. It’s easier to walk a few extra steps that maneuver a packed parking lot!!We will certainly stay here again!

Very nice condo. Clean, stocked well , lots of deer sightings, very relaxing. We would definitely stay again. Communication was very good, quick response. Parking was fine.

Perfect condo at Mountain Harbor. Had everything we needed. Was clean and well maintained. Had a few pre-trip questions and received timely responses. We will definitely be back!
