As soon as you step inside, you'll be immediately swept up in the tropical charm of this oceanview oasis. The design is polished and modern, filled with natural textures that remind you of lazy days spent on the beach. The color palate evokes the lush beauty of Hawaii, bringing warmth and tranquility to every inch of the living space. Thanks to the open-concept layout, you and your group can all hang out together, whether you're watching a movie in the living room, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or sitting down for a meal in the dining area. And let's not forget the cherry on top: a spacious back lanai with a grill that's just begging to be fired up for some mouth-watering BBQ on a stunning Hawaiian day. Set amidst a backdrop of lush tropical landscapes, Walua Oasis is your destination for relaxation and rest. But when you’re ready to get out and explore, you’re minutes away from the very attractions that draw visitors to the island. Kealakekua Bay is one of the best snorkeling spots in the entire state of Hawaii due to its spectacular coral reefs. Keauhou Bay has some of the best snorkeling on the planet, with the night dives among Manta Rays being an experience you’ll never forget.

When in Hawaii, you must of course make the most of the many beaches, hikes, and water activities available. Make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

1. Quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the STVR shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
2. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.
3. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated onsite parking area.
4. The STVR shall not be used for commercial purposes.
5. Smoking is never allowed inside or outside the property.
6. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
7. Pets are not allowed.

Awesome Old School Big Island Home

This property was perfect for my family of 4 to include my 22 year old son and 13 year old son. We loved the location, the view, the spatious single floor and two decks with a pool; perfect for cooling off in. We are from Alaska so we a bit rustic is normal for us. The home has been remodeled here and there so that was nice. The grill is getting a little worn and rusted and there was no coffee maker as stated but we made do just fine with the malita on top of a retired coffee pot from a coffee maker with a couple of tipsy messes! Just be sure to hold onto it or be very careful! Somehow our reservation was for one day earlier than we thought we had booked but that is to the fault of no one because we absolutely have no idea where the discrepancy evolved. The management was understanding and we scrambled to help the housekeeping and grab all of our things! Overall, we loved our stay. It seemed a bit pricey with all fees included considering some minor details like the coffee maker and slightly rustic feel with some of the items in the household giving it the feel of generic vrbo/ air b and b feel. I only hope my feed back to be informative not degrading because, as I have said, we loved our stay!
