Cozy Cottage

We had an amazing time on this trip. The house was super cozy, clean, and cute. It felt brand new and was the perfect size for my family. The staff was wonderful and attentive when needed. We will be back next year!

The space was perfect for our little family. The kids loved the bunk room and outdoor space. I was a little disappointed we found several bugs on the floor, likely from being closed up rather than lack of cleaning. I also found that the stools weren’t wiped down properly from previous stays. However, all other spaces seemed well kept and cleaned. I reached out about getting the floors cleaned up the next morning, and they sent someone over. The pool and clubhouse were also well worth the visit and our girls had fun! Each time we entered and exited the property, we saw plenty of deer which was fun to look for and watch! All in all, we would stay at these properties again!

Perfect Family Getaway

This place was just perfect for our family of 5! Everything was as advertised. Home was sparkling when we entered. Excellent kitchen appliances made cooking easy. We used the hot tub daily and the older kids loved being able to walk over to play basketball/pickleball while we rested midday. Location made it easy to get both up to Hochatown and down to Broken Bow. We couldn’t have asked for anything else! Wish we had stayed a little longer!

Our little family of three stayed here for an extended weekend and had the best time! The property was beautiful, the cottage so clean, and the amenities were perfect for our two year old. He loved the basketball hoop, pool, and splash pad. The only slight bummer was the Wi-Fi was not working in the cottage the entire weekend, so we had to utilize the Wi-Fi from a neighboring cabin which only worked for us 50% of the time. The property manager was great when we told her the Wi-Fi was not working, she checked in on us multiple times, and did everything in her power to make sure we had a great stay anyways. Not a big deal though as we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and activities in Hochatown. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

This house was even better than we expected. It's brand new, spotless, cozy, had everything we needed. When I say we loved it...we looooved it. It was perfect for our small family of 3. We have stayed in Broken Bow several times and this house is by far our favorite. The bed was comfy. Spa shower was great. My son loved the bunk room with the game console. We enjoyed spending time at the clubhouse playing ping pong, horseshoes, basketball, and pickle ball then in the evenings using the grill and hot tub. We also loved that the drive was easy (the development is right off the main hwy) and its close to all of the fun attractions. No issues or complaints at all. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Our family of 4 had a great time at the Three Creeks Reserve. We did a Thursday-Sunday getaway and the kids had a great time at the pool, pickleball courts, and loved the hot tub. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked so cooking on site was very enjoyable. We made a trip to Hochatown area and took a hike, but really enjoyed being back at the cabin the most. We will be back soon!

Really liked the place. We had a power outage and tried getting in touch with the host through after hours number, but never got a reply or anything which was pretty disappointing. Luckily the owners of the cabin across the at happened to be there and knew the power company to contact, etc. and power was restored within 5 hours.Also, we booked later than we should have (2.5 months before trip) so maybe prices are more reasonable further out, but it’s a lot for the size of the cabin…
