Great place to stay. Side note for future travels, one bedroom & bathroom is in the basement and not upstairs with the others. This is not mentioned in the listing, but did not affect our stay at all. It was a great place to stay for our family.

This house was perfect for our family of 6 including our 15 month old grandson. Main St. is just a short walk to many restaurants and there’s a nice park that you can walk to as well.

Clean and comfortable pet-friendly house, easy walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants downtown. Fenced backyard was a bonus for our pups!

Great house for our stay. Lots of room. It was just two of us but could’ve had several people come stay with so many rooms and beds. Perfect location close to Main St. Clean house and had everything we need. Would stay again!

Great house, close to lots in Tipp, great spaces

House had a lot of great spaces for a large family. It was a great option for us coming into town to visit family and it's a quick drive to most things. Few minutes walk to the park to watch fireworks. Would stay here again!

This house in Tipp City is a great accommodation for 2-3 couples or a larger family. The bedroom spaces and beds were comfortable and the house was equipped with anything we needed. It is walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.we would definitely stay there again.

Great house, great location

This was a pleasant place to stay, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We had a glitch with the TV and it was taken care of immediately. Thanks for a great experience!

Quiet neighborhood with through train traffic occasionally. Clean, comfortable and close to quaint downtown shopping and restaurants. Kitchen and laundry fully equipped.Thanks!

Totally enjoyed the stay. Only complaint there was no coffee for the coffee maker, and not mention in the amenities. Oh, would be helpful to have some guidance instructions for access to TV programming. But overall would stay here again! Very good!

Terry, thank you for the feedback. I'll see what we can do to have coffee available for guests. Good idea on some TV instructions. I stayed in many Airbnb/VRBO properties and have always used my own accounts if there's smart TV's. I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you but happy you figured it out. We would love to have you back anytime.

Overall things went well. Very close to downtown. Train tracks are a block away and it came almost hourly during overnight and that horn is loud!

Celebration of Life

This property was perfect to bring family in from multiple states (Minnesota, Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, and Alaska) to celebrate the life of my mom. We needed a place convenient, spacious, and affordable for young adults. The host was incredibly responsive since this was the first time I had ever done VRBO. Will rent this place again for sure! Thanks so much!!

Big Blue was an awesome place for us to stay! Very comfortable rooms and beds, lots of towels, good water pressure. The kitchen had everything I needed-utensils, dishes, etc for cooking several meals. We had several family members in and out, and everyone was impressed with the roominess. Great location-could walk downtown to eat, and only about 15 minutes from the airport and the venue where our daughter got married!

Great location near a cute little downtown- walking distance to lots of things. The house itself was great. Plenty of room for all of us. Nice front porch to sit on and comfortable back yard to sit outside as well. Had all the things you would need. Beds were comfortable. The only downside was there wasn't a bathroom on the main floor- you had to go up or down. No big deal for our group, but could be an issue for someone that can't do stairs. Would definitely stay there again.
