Very nice accommodation, same as pictures. Pool just in front of condo. Beach seats and towels included. Quite very nice surroundings. Well maintained.

Beautiful, clean and stylish unit, perfect location in the complex, views from all windows, gorgeous pool is right outside the front door with beach a 5 min walk down the hill. Ali’i Resorts host was great to work with as well. Would love to stay there again!

We absolutely loved staying at this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed. The views of the ocean and pool were incredible. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic condo and location. Right beside the pool, excellent location being at the end of S Kihei Rd, close to Wailea Shops as well as amenities on S Kihei Rd. Property manager communication was excellent, they gave us helpful details for checking in smoothly, checked on us, and checkout process was simple. We would rent the same unit in the future for sure.

Great Condo

This was our first stay in Maui and we loved the condo we stayed in. It was in a great location close to the pool and the assigned parking. The property grounds were beautifully maintained and very private. The ammenities and furnishings were nice and updated. It was great that the living area and both bedrooms had lanais. It was also convenient having beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers available for our use. Would highly recommend!

The property was very nice. Pictures are very accurate and it is a great location in Kihei. What I didn't like was the constant communication from Ali Resorts. It started actually months before I even arrived, with them asking about my travel plans and trying to set me up with a car rental from a associated company. It continued throughout my entire trip with almost daily calls to "check" on my stay. While some may find this helpful, I personally found it very invasive and not necessary at all. They also sent me an estimate for an additional stay at their property for the following year, with the same dates. Again, I found it to be very pushy and unnecessary. Property was great, Ali Resorts not so great!
