Aloha, we would like to welcome you to a beautiful ocean front condo designed by Peter Rusnak. Hawaiian decor with island style furnishings throughout the unit. You will experience Hawaii while relaxing in a luxury 2 bedroom condo.

H209 is a quiet condo located in the front row of the Maui Kamaole development. The H buildings are the only units with front row ocean views set back from the noise of South Kihei Road. Peace and quiet await you in the Hawaiian paradise of H209.

Both bedrooms have new furniture and Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattress. Brand new flat screen TV's and DVD players in each room, plus free high speed Wi-Fi access throughout the entire condo. All beds also have high thread count linens fit for a Five Star Resort. Upstairs master bedroom has a cal king bed, with two twins in the downstairs bedroom, and a queen size sofabed in the living room. And for your comfort we supply plenty of extra pillows and blankets.

Fans and air conditioning units are in each room. The condo has a cross breeze so wonderful, you may never need to turn them on.

The kitchen has new appliances and all the amenities of home. A full complement of beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and sand toys are provided. Snorkeling equipment is also provided with adult and children sizes. New full-size washer and dryer with laundry detergent and fabric sheets provided.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the main lanai that includes a patio table and chairs. Year round the views are amazing. Whale watching during the winter months is an added treat. We provide binoculars as well.

Everything you need

Great ocean view from the patio (and even while washing dishes). Spacious setup and all sorts of beach stuff to make things easy for you. Plenty of room for two adults and three young children. There is one flight of stairs to get to the unit, and then stairs in the unit to the upstairs bedroom/loft.

Good condo! Unbeatable location.

Good, clean condo situated in a very convenient location. Condo equipped with beach umbrella, chairs and etc. Close to the beach. Minutes to restaurants and cafes. Community is quiet and friendly.

Fabulous 10 days

We stayed at H209 for 10 nights and everything was wonderful. Unit had everything one could need; snorkel gear, beach chairs/umbrella, hand lotion, water bottles, Tupperware, … Visited with my two preteen daughters and the twin beds were perfect for them. Loved having two bathrooms. Loved proximity to everything. Would definitely Italy recommend to friends and would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Ideal home away from home

So many little things that make this place a great choice for your Maui stay. The fewer things you need to take care of or think of or supply for your vacation the better and this place has almost everything you could possibly need for your stay! The kitchen is stocked, towels, first aid, sunscreen, toiletries, laundry, beach gear, entertainment (books, dvds puzzles etc). This is a cozy, comfy place to come back to after long days exploring the Island. The complex itself is really great too, especially the main pool which was always just right for when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone staying in Maui!

Maui (Kihei)

Franca was proactive in reaching out with clear instructions which made the check in process complete seamless. We arrived to a spotless clean place with all the amenities of a home. Beautiful views of the sunset each night sipping tea from the balcony. Unit is very quiet and steps from the beach. I would stay here again for sure. Franca was amazing and the place was perfect.

Great vacation!

Loved the place. It was stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards which was super convenient. Walking distance to multiple beach parks. The only thing we didn’t like was the lack of bedroom door on the master. It is a loft but you can’t walk to the closet without visibility to the living room. You can walk to the master bathroom with privacy. We would absolutely book again.

Felt like home

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Condo

An amazing view with many comforts of home provided. My wife found it quite spacious as did I. The tropical swimming pool was one of the nicest I have ever seen! Highly recommend this condo. Don't hesitate. If you see it available, snatch it up.

Fabulous!

I can’t wait to come back! The view is even better than the pictures and the lanai is big enough for our family of 6 to enjoy together in the evenings. Having the lanai face NW means beautiful views, yet the ability to be in the shade all day. Plenty of beach gear, well stocked kitchen, short walk to the beach and beautiful grounds. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Good size rooms, an Xbox for the teens, and a couple of games we enjoyed playing together, the beds were comfy, beach towels provided, and it's a short walk to Fred's for dinner. I would love to book this condo again on our next trip.

Amazing stay!!!

This property was everything we could have asked for and more! It was super clean and was exactly as described in the listing. It had all the conveniences of home, which made packing a breeze. Because the condo came with everything we needed, all we had to bring were our clothes! The condo had ample shampoo, conditioner, body soaps, laundry detergent, and plenty of paper products. We loved having access to lots of thick beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, beach toys, and ample bags to carry them all in. There were insulated water bottles and coolers available for our use as well. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to cook a nice meal at home. The views from the deck were amazing! We could see whales breaching right from the deck while we enjoyed a nice meal outside. The owners and property manager were super responsive and easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. They were even able to accommodate an early check in for us. We needed an HDMI cable for one of the TVs and David, one of the owners, stopped by to drop it off for us, which I really appreciated! It was great to meet the owner in person, who was a great guy and made sure we had his contact info in case we needed anything. This is my third stay in Maui Kamaole and this is the best property we ever stayed at! We have found our go to place whenever we’re on the island and look forward to booking this place again the in the future. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home!

Fantastic property

First trip to Maui with the family. This condo was in a perfect location to be close to beaches, restaurants and shopping that you could walk everywhere. Well equipped with everything you would use to cook at your own home. Air conditioning units were pretty dated and not the strongest of cool breezes coming, but we saw a new unit in the closet so thinking that problem will be solved soon! Lots of beach toys, chairs, coolers, water bottles, beach towels and snorkel gear was a nice and convenient touch and made beach days a lot easier to organize, although it would have been nice if the snorkel gear provided was complete; mismatched and not enough for 6 adult faces. A small detail that may well be out of the owners’ hands with previous guests possibly losing or breaking pieces along the way. Property had nice pools, but seemed more like adult style with strict noise rules. Not much fun to be had with over 60’s folks reading by the pool, looking disappointed that any kids/teens in the pool would dare make any noise or splashes. Outside these little things, we will definitely be back! Beautiful views, quiet at night, easy parking, comfy beds, close to everything. We were happy with the value received!

One of the best rentals we've stayed in

We've been renting with VRBO for many years, and this is one of the best rentals we've stayed in. The view is wonderful, beds comfortable, and it was very clean. The condo is stocked with every amenity you might need. Kitchenware and utensils, spices, tupperware for the beach, beach gear, towels- you name it. We loved the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and use of hair dryers. They also left a very generous supply of paper towels, toilet paper and tissue which was appreciated. We were very comfortable in this condo. The neighbors were lovely and the access to great beaches and Wailea shopping was perfect.

Great stay

We had a great time here! Communicate was great. The place was lovely... all the units in this condo complex have a similar layout and this unit was especially comfortable. We loved how easy the hosts were to work with, the snorkel gear, and the ac in each room (though you don't need it too much with the windows open). Would stay here again!

What dreams are made of

My children and I stayed here for 6 glorious days (which was not long enough!) There were 4 of us in total - 2 adults and 2 teens. Franca & David were accessible prior to our trip out and answered any questions we had upon check out. They updated us with what we needed for our arrival. When my family and I walked into the condo.. cue the ooooh's and ahhh's...we were beyond happy!!. We had a treat waiting for us which was very thoughtful. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The pictures on the site do not do it justice. Being able to see that view all day was a treat in itself.The condo has anything and everything you need. It's clean, things are marked with instructions which was lovely, fully stocked kitchen .... you name it, it's there. The breeze that came through the condo was just glorious. We would play music from the stereo, open the balcony doors... heaven! The bonus was all the beach toys chairs umbrella, snorkel gear and bags. There was even a backpack cooler! The beach is walking distance which we loved! The condo location was also perfect! The property itself is manicured, clean and even tho we are not early birds, the roosters were the best touch which helped us get up with the sun to enjoy every single second possible. Driving out of the complex has a glorious view. We also took advantage of the pools. My family and I will definitely be coming back to our new home away from home. Thank you Franca & David for making our trip that much more memorable.

Just say YES to this little bit of paradise!

From the price and communication to the ocean view location, everything about this property is five stars. You will LOVE it! A beautiful beach is a two minute stroll from the perfectly located and luxuriously appointed condo unit. We were delighted to sit on the patio and gaze out over the ocean and West Maui. That breeze and the sound of the ocean… magic! Literally everything you need to enjoy your vacation is available at your finger tips (kitchen, bathrooms, recreational equipment) The owners have gone out of their way to provide anything you might need for the beach or for exploring. It felt like being at a friend’s house and anything you asked to borrow was right there. We were three generations (Grandpa, Mom and two teen boys) and the place had something for all of us. We will definitely visit here again!
