My girlfriend and I booked this apartment for her birthday weekend, as we had a concert on the 26th of Sept. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with everything that we needed. It was within walking distance of the Santander Arena. Even though we didn’t have to contact the owner, James was very cordial and courteous the couple of times we received messages from him. We would rent this apartment again, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Reading.

Parking directions were perfect. Property felt very secure and welcoming! It was a short stay for an event, but it was a perfect set up if someone is in town for business and interested in more home-like comforts than a hotel!

The home was as stated. Location was great for us as we saw a show at the arena. Walked over and it was only about 6 minutes. Felt safe in the home. Nice size for a couple, for a night. The fireplace is a nice touch and definitely warmed up the room. Shower was nice as well. Only thing would be an extra towel or two.
