We are a brand-new listing! New remodel! Bright, airy, and sparkling clean! My goal is to provide a cozy home away from home for guests. Lake County is home to 7 of the 11 lakes for best bass fishing, The home is located on a large canal off of Lake Dora. Features include firepit, outdoor bar, boat access, boat dock, fishing dock and fenced in backyard. Mount Dora, a top Florida tourist town is 7 miles away with many events, shops and restaurants. Disney/Universal are an hour away, and The Villages are 25 minutes away!

Super nice home on the water! Peaceful, clean and very accommodating. Host was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Quiet, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Location is excellent for shopping, visiting downtown Travares on the water and Mt Dora shopping and eateries. Would highly recommend this rental & when we return to this area...the rental will be our go to!

Charming house with a lovely outside space. The house was fully stocked with everything you need during a weekend stay - full kitchen, coffee station, cleaning supplies, paper supplied. Would definitely book again in the future!

Fantastic communication from Moises. Property was just as shown and very clean. Also one of the best stocked VRBO’s we have stayed in! I highly recommend this property!

Our sister weekend trip stay at this lakehouse was great. Communication/check-in with host was so smooth. House was clean, relaxing and comfortable. All the amenities needed for a stay here were available however, we chose to eat out for dinners. After a day out exploring we just chilled out on the dock which was so relaxing and the TV /bar area was a nice touch. They do need a new swing as the one there is inoperable and some new cushions on back porch chairs. Super minor details to me. Definitely plan to come back soon as I can. Loved this place!!!

My husband and I had an excellent stay and Moses, our host, was prompt on all responses. He communicated with us when someone was coming to mow to make sure we didn’t let the dogs out. Everything was just as it was advertised. We will definitely be going back.

Host is the owner so very "hands on" and caring. Very responsive / great communication. House is very cute and nicely kept. We enjoyed morning sunrises out on the desk.

Our host was very welcoming and touched base with us a couple of times during the month to see if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was well stocked with linens and towels.This was a great place to be able to sit out in the morning and evening to relax and watch the fisherman and the wildlife. The fenced in backyard worked out well for our small dog to go in and out without us worrying about him.

The place was definitely very charming and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive to our communications and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this to others! And would definitely come back! I just wish that perhaps they had a canoe or something that we could go explore the waters.

The property was a great weekend boating getaway with the family! Boat ramp was convenient, as was walking out the back door of the house to hop on the boat every morning. Tavares/Leesburg/Eustis/Mt. Dora are charming little towns to spend a few days in. Harris chain of lakes is gigantic so plenty to explore on the water too.

Beutiful Home and Experience

The home was gorgeous and very clean. We enjoyed the beutiful dock overlooking the inlet and lake so much. The host communicated everything, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. I very highly recommend.

Exactly what we were looking for

We enjoyed our stay. Boat ramp was just minutes from the house. Great out door sitting area by the dock. Publix was just minutes away. Enough parking for truck and trailer, covered boat slip. Everything we were looking for. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome Waterfront Getaway

We fell in love with this place! Clean with comfy bed inside, nice modern bathroom, outdoor space was the best - had sunny dock seating area, firepit, swing, and a cute little bar area with tv mini fridge and ice maker and covered seating area. We will be back!

If what you are looking for is a quiet place to bring your boat and enjoy the Harris chain of Lakes, including Lake Dora, this place is great. The location and the dock makes it easy to keep your boat safe. It is very clean and comfortable for a small group. The host is very attentive and easy to reach. I recommend it.
