Everything was perfect - house is amazing, comfortable, clean and in a great location. We loved the resort pools. We would definitely come back again. Brilliant!!

Staying here was a great experience. The house was very clean and well maintaned. On the first day my daughter sat on the bed and it broke. I messaged them and they sent someone out right away to fix it. It is a short walk to the club house and my kids enjoyed the lazy river. Overall, we had a great experience.

Super communication entire process from booking to check out. House is very clean and fresh for our arrival. Very comfortable home that was a super home-based for exploring local area. 2nd time staying in Storey Lakes, the main pool and neighborhood is very well kept and a great spot for families with tons of activities.

Great location!

The location was great and the community pool was awesome. Close to Disney! Comfortable beds and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint (which is an easy fix) was the shower curtain in the upstairs master was a bit dirty/moldy.

Perfect location, easy walking distance to the clubhouse (my 4yo made it several times with no problems). There are lots of signs warning of crocs and we had the privilege of seeing one up close right behind the property, so be careful on those walks! The townhouse is great - quiet, it felt clean, comfy beds, lots of space. We had one small issue with the tub not draining well and they had a handyman there within a couple of hours which impressed me. We hope to stay again!

We loved the themed rooms, pool was nice and warm. I would say though maybe they should have linked streaming apps on the television so you don’t have to sign into your personal account

The house was exactly as listed. The hosts were easy to communicate with and prompt with responses / solutions. The location gets lovely morning sun, perfect to start your day with a swim in the private pool. The home is close to the grocery store, the parks, and the main clubhouse.

Pretty good. Maintenance entered while we were out and we didn’t know they were coming. That’s the only thing that I had a problem with. Other than that we were satisfied.

Pool was broken the entire stay & host never bothered to have it repaired even though we paid for it. Communicating was frustrating, host took a long time to reply. I would not book with this host again. However, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Pictures don’t really match especially in the rooms. The comforters were missing on the beds. Definitely watch out for raccoons. The trash can has no lid so they are in it EVERY single night. An item went missing while we were gone and maintenance was in the house. You can forget the 150 deposit you supposedly get back at check out. They will find a reason not to give it back. For the price it was definitely lacking. Oh and they charge you to use the grill but you have to provide your own propane. Silly
