Needed a spatula, and a baking sheet to be added to kitchen but that’s such a minor detail. All the rest was all good. Management is very responsive.

Overall, the stay was excellent, and the house is spacious enough to accommodate a large family. We did encounter a few minor issues, but they were promptly addressed and resolved. Overall the house was great, but had a couple of issues. Lots of room, nice kitchen and living room areas. The water pressure in the showers was not good, and the pool heat was not properly adjusted. We paid for pool heat and when we arrived the pool felt more like a hot tub. We asked for it to be adjusted down and then it was too cold. After asking a couple times for it to be increased we were told it would be, but never seemed to be which was disappointing.

The host was responsive but unfortunately this house is in bad need of attention. Most items arent fixable and are just plain worn out or broken beyond repair. The washing machine is all rusted on the inside and rust reaidue comes out on your clothes. Kitchen cabinets are very rickedy. The upstairs carpet is filthy and has stains everywhere. The worst part in my opinion was the dining and living room seating. The sofa and chairs were badly stained and you could feel the frame of the chair when you sat on it. Chairs and sofa just need replacement. We had a party of 8 with no comfortable place to sit other than the kitchen barstools. Very disappointed with this rental.

I paid for an early check in. But once I got to the property I couldn’t access it. I called the management company and this issue was resolved quickly. Once we got into the property everything seemed okay. We initially only had issues with not having enough wash cloths and needing batteries for remotes. Someone eventually came to drop off more wash cloths, but instead on replacing the remote batteries, they took the remotes and never brought them back. But all in all we were fine with the house, that was up until we noticed the roaches and ants. We were booked to stay for 8 days so this had to be dealt with ASAP. I contacted the management company to tell them about the issue, they apologized and asked if I wanted someone to come look at it. I needed the issue fixed so I called pest control myself and just paid it out of pocket. The roach infestation was off putting, but the ants were everywhere. Mainly all over the kitchen, and everywhere in the upstairs primary bedroom. We even saw ants crawling in the bed. My wife refused to return to the property even after pest control came. The property had a small game room and a small pool so some of the younger kids wanted to go back. So I left the bags in the hotel we ended up renting and used the house as a place for the kids and I to hang at during the day. Needless to say the stay wasn’t enjoyable and we will not be returning.

The amount of space in this home was amazing! It is within excellent walking distance of the main clubhouse. The washing machine definitely needs replaced, while it worked, we had to manually stop it at the end of the cycle, as it never stopped spinning. The top of the machine was rusting out and the lid would slide out of placement. We did use the grill, however there was no grill brush available to be able to clean it to use it a 2nd time. We purchased one and hope it remains with the home for the sake of the next users. Overall the stay was good, the rooms were as described, though carpet is worn and stained now.
