This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch home has been remodeled with bohemian styling and is designed to make you feel both inspired and at ease. Outside, the property offers stunning views of Joshua Tree’s rugged beauty, framed by Joshua trees and a vast expanse of desert sky. With direct access to the national park, you can enjoy hiking trails, wildlife, and solitude just steps from your door. Overlook Joshua Tree boasts two beautifully designed living rooms, each catering to a different mood. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, a sectional sitting space to cozy up and read a good book, a desk workspace for working from home, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and s TV for private movies. The third bedroom includes double bunk beds, creating a fun and cozy space for kids or friends, as well as an additional desk workspace. Both bathrooms in the home are designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring shower-tub combos, making it easy to rinse off and unwind after a day of exploring.

The entire property is yours to enjoy! Please note that there are a few closets being used for storage for supplies for the rental that are locked to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Overlook JT is located in the south Joshua Tree neighborhood of Monument Manor - one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the Joshua Tree area. Located right outside of the West Entrance of the National Park, Monument Manor is famous for its breathtaking vistas of the area’s signature jagged boulder mountains and desert flora.

Getting Around:
Please note that Overlook JT is in a remote location, and the last mile to the home are dirt roads, so please take it slow. The dirt roads are maintained, and a four-wheel drive car is not necessary, but please note that the dirt road conditions vary and may have large bumps and ruts, particularly after rainstorms.

A personal vehicle is necessary; rideshare apps are not guaranteed in this area.

Please make sure to follow our directions to the house, as following GPS may take you on roads that are not maintained.

Other Things to Note:
-Pool Heating Fee-
Should you wish to have the pool heated to 85 degrees, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. If you'd like the pool heated for multiple days, we ask that days be consecutive to conserve energy, thank you! Pool heating is not usually necessary May through September. Please note that we will need at least 24 hours' notice to heat the pool.

► May through September - $100/night if needed
► October & April - $150/night
► November through March - $200/night

*No fee to heat the hot tub!*

-Pool Heating-
Only one of the pool or hot tub can heat at once. If you wish to use the hot tub while the pool is heating, just note that the pool heating will turn off while the hot tub heats. Once the hot tub is turned back off, the pool heating will resume.

-Hot Tub Heating-
Please note that because the hot tub is an in-ground hot tub, it is not heated constantly in order to conserve energy. It will take around 30 minutes to heat to 104 degrees from ambient temperature.

-Pool and Hot Tub Service-
The pool and hot tub are serviced TBA, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.

-Fireplace-
Please note that the fireplace is an electric fireplace insert, not wood or gas burning.

-Dogs-
We welcome your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

-Guided Yoga, Sound Baths, Meditation, Massages & Personal Chefs-
Please reach out to us if you'd like recommendations for yoga instructors, guided sound baths, guided meditation, massages or personal chefs. Often times vendors are available come directly to the house.

-Security Camera-
There is a security camera mounted next to the front door in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home.

-Cleaning Fee-
100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners.
