It’s modern, has been beautifully updated and furnished and has been impeccably maintained. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room with fireplace and 75" TV, two screened porches, an office chair & desk and fast Google Fiber gigabit Wifi. A zero entry and lap swimming pool with waterslide is available for use from May-September (a two mile drive). Mini crib / Pack-n-Play included.

We are very much enjoyed staying at this VRBO twice. The only challenge for us is the stairs as my husband has Parkinson's otherwise it is lovely clean and very quiet.

We only stayed one night, but it would have been wonderful to stay longer. Everything was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The screened in deck areas were lovely and I enjoyed listening to the birds early in the morning. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided in case you forgot to pack it...as well as cotton balls and Qtips.The check out process was very easy and quick, which is so nice when you are heading out on a long drive home.We would definitely stay here again.

It was an easy check-in and easy to find. It was quiet, yet close to so much. We had great family time in a well decorated penthouse, just chilling on the most comfortable sofa ever!!! My favorite parts were the two screened porches. Very relaxing.

The kids really enjoyed the pool access. The check in process was smooth, place was immaculate and well decorated. We easily walked to the shopping center and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet.

We raised our kids in this neighborhood and loved every minute of it. We still live close by to this day and much of our real estate business is focused in and around this location. It truly is a great, central place to be.

This is one of the most updated, modern and quite (top level) condos in this complex. Being on the third floor will keep you in shape (LOL), but also it is extremely quiet and being on the top floor.
