The property was beautiful but cheaply decorated and the beds were horrible.

I love the property but the parking was bad and the beds were horrible uncomfortable.

Thanks for your review, we are disappointed with yuor 3 star rating as you did not contact us at all to raise any issues during your 3 night stay. The driveway is ample for 2 vehicles & we can't be held responsible for the resorts parking policies. With regards to the beds we have not received any reports from other guests. It is hard to cater for all guests as each has their own perception as to what they deem comfortable.

Golf 2020

The place was great, awesome location. The kitchen could use some updated frying pans and had no pot holders. The toaster only worked on one side. Otherwise it was a great place and would recommend it.

A pleasant two story house

My family and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this house to a friend.

This property was falsely advertised.

The pictures and video of this property is false. Found several cockroaches running around. The carpet was filthy throughout. The 3 couches had stains all over them. The shower curtain in the master bath was stained and the shower rod was held up by paper towels on the end of the bars. In the hall bathroom the shower curtain was ripped with missing hooks. NO towels in any of the bathrooms, There were only 7 bath towels in the hall closet, no wash clothes or hand towels. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The pool had not been cleaned, in fact there were broken goggles, an old pool noodle and plastic toy left on the patio. The spa did not bubble and weeds were growing up through the patio brick. This property needs a complete overhaul. It was horrible.

Sally, I am deeply upset by your review as I don’t think it’s a true reflection of your stay and I cant see why you would feel the need to score us one star considering the home is always reviewed with 4 or 5 stars!. You did not report any bug issues at all during your stay which I do think you would have since you did call to say there were not enough towels in the home. If you had called for towels not sure why you would not mention bugs or a dirty pool!. Our property manager dropped towels off for you, please accept my apologies for this – however, does this really deserve ranking us with a one star?

Nice place to stay

This was a nice place to stay, everything was clean and nicely decorated. My only issue is the pool, I paid for heat and their was none, it was very cold and my stay was in June, and the spa does not bubble, this should be fixed.

Thank you for your review. I checked your booking and you had not actually paid for pool heat. We sent you a payment request and you did not make payment. This is the reason pool heat was not on. If you had questioned this during your stay we could have dealt with this for you

The property was very nice just as the picture and description stated. Had a few minor issues but that is expected! Definitely on my top five list!!!
