To accommodate couples, 8 bedroom are master with en-suite bathroom and a KING size bed. In addition, some of the bedrooms also have FULL beds. There is also a 9th room with a 2 FULL size beds.
This property has the best views you can ever find! Convineintly located across the street from Tahoe Donner Ski Area and just 200 yards from Glacier Park with miles and miles of trails. See all that green on the map, well that`s the National Forest with pristine air. This property is TAHOE!
As guest at North-Tahoe Villa you will have access to the entire property.

This property had all the bells and whistles to support a large group vacation. The view of the mountains impressed our group daily. The amenities of the house (hot tub, sauna, steam room, cold plunge) were incredibly enjoyable. The host was very responsive and helpful. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was amazing! There was a large group celebrating my son’s wedding. This was the perfect way to spend the week after the wedding to relax and enjoy Tahoe. The views were so beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities. Everyone loved their rooms. The en suites were perfect! We really liked the large kitchen and dining area. This became the usual hang out due to the openness of the area. The host was extremely helpful with my planning and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this to everyone and I would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with a group of 18—there was plenty of space for everyone, and the home easily accommodated us all. Just note that there are quite a few stairs, so expect a bit of up-and-down throughout your stay. There was no AC but plenty of fans in the bedrooms. The kitchen had the basics covered, though it’s a bit limited if you’re planning to do more involved cooking or baking (for example, no Instant Pot or measuring cups). It wasn’t an issue for us, but something to keep in mind when planning.Overall, the views were beautiful, the spa was fantastic, and we had a great time. We’d definitely recommend it for a large group getaway!

Beautiful place for our family reunion. Very clean. Everyone had room and great gathering areas for connecting.

Great stay
This place was amazing with the amenities to the hospitality the host provided us with. Great for a big group and so much room and space. Kitchen was amazing and easy to host a big dinner with.

Amazing Views!
A great place for our entire family to stay to celebrate my mother’s 70th! The weather gave us a different view of the valley each morning, and the cabin gave us ample space to spend time together.

Amazing property
We went with a large group of families of all ages and had amazing time. The steam room and kitchen are amazing, bathrooms in every room . Highly recommend and would come again

The house was the perfect size for our large group of golfers. The home is a little dated and definitely used, but overall was very comfortable. The cold plunge was not cold, but the sauna rooms were fantastic. The communication with the owners was great, they were very attentive and communicated quickly, even during the power outage.

Great getaway
Property was large, spacious, cozy and clean. Neighborhood is quiet with excellent views. Rooms and bathrooms were large. Kitchen is large as well with more than enough equipment to prepare for a large group.

The ice maker in the bar did not function properly, although it was just newly installed. We sent out our maintenance crew to take care of the issue.

Awesome place
Highly recommend this house. Very clean and lots of space with a beautiful view. It was a perfect place for our gathering and Vladimir was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back again!

We had a family gathering and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very well maintained and stocked. Having so many bathrooms was a nice luxury. Communication with the property manager was smooth as he always responded quickly, and we didn't have to do all the cleaning that other properties require (just taking trash to garage). I would definitely recommend this property and would rent it again.

This heritage home was finished in 2011 after 5 gruling years, but it came out better then anyone could ever imagine! 8 master bedrooms, and lots of SF to be enjoyed by your group (when our family is not using it!)

This property has the best views you can ever find! Conviniently located across the street from Tahoe Donner Ski Area and just 200 yards from Glacier Park with miles and miles of trails. See all that green on the map, well that's the National Forest with prestine air. This property is TAHOE!

Easy to get here, right from Hwy 80. You will be driving against traffic if going to Squaw Valley, Northstar or Alpine Meadows Ski Area, or just take it easy and go across the street to Tahoe Donner Ski Area, sine you are right there already... Lot's of golf choices and a very easy drive to Truckee downtown with historic shops, restaurants and bars.
