Our listing specifically mentions that Ocean Reef 108 does not have a beach view, and an elevator is not listed as an amenity. We do our best to describe each property accurately so guests know what to expect before arriving. Parking permits are purchased directly from the on-site attendant, as noted in our listing. We're sorry no one was available when you arrived, and we understand how that could be frustrating. As for checkout, our 10 AM checkout time is included in our rental agreement and guest instructions. Door codes automatically expire at checkout for security purposes, unless a late checkout has been arranged in advance. We're sorry this caught you off guard, and we understand it was stressful having your belongings still inside. Our team did help you regain access, but we also have to be mindful of our housekeeping schedule and incoming guests. Our checkout requests are pretty standard for vacation rentals. We simply ask guests to take out their trash, gather used towels, and strip the beds. Our housekeeping team takes care of the actual cleaning and getting everything ready for the next guests. We're sorry your checkout experience put a damper on your stay. We certainly never want anyone leaving on a sour note! We appreciate you staying with us and taking the time to share your experience.
