Directly on the beach with a master bedroom and cozy bunk beds in the hallway.

New Renovations:
-New tile floor
-Freshly painted walls
-New furniture in living area.
-New mattress on queen bed
New cabinets in kitchen and bath

This condo has a view of the Gulf that is hard to leave. Relax on the *beach front balcony* with your favorite beverage or romantic dinner. We have two beach chairs for you to take down to the beach and relax in the sun. This condo is well equipped with all you need for a great vacation with your loved ones and family. This condo is allowed one car parking only.

This property contains a washer and dryer to use as needed!

Perfect location

Loved our stay here. The sofa couch isn’t the most comfy but it did not take away from enjoying our stay. The condo was as pictured. Would recommend

We had such a great time!!

The condo was perfect for us, and it was great to have a kitchen with supplies so we didnt have to eat out every night. The place was quiet, clean and had everything we needed.

Beach trip

The elevator had pee smell everyday. The was not the best and the bed was uncomfortable The tv selection was the worst selection we have ever been at any property. Condo needs some work. BUT OK for a short stay.

Beach getaway

The property was beautiful. Just enough space for a small family of 4. Everything was wonderful except, no remote for family room TV. Also, Charging blocks kept slipping out of outlets.

Great place to stay

The property is great for what we needed it for! Clean easy to care for. Only complaint is parking!! Parking spaces are incredibly tight and under deck parking is for owners only who only visit for not very long.. so additional parking is necessary but not available!! Still manageable though.

Beautiful Condo!

The outside of the building is definitely in need of an update, but the inside of the condo was beautiful! We had a few issues upon arrival, but once it was all taken care of, we really enjoyed our stay. The communication by the owner was excellent, and he worked quickly to resolve our issue. Overall I am very satisfied with the condo, as well as the owner. I would recommend to anyone!

Surprise Family Trip to Gulf Shores

Reserving the condo was easy and convient. The host was very polite and gave easy instructions to find the condo. The condo was very clean and inviting for us. We loved every minute of being beach front. It was very convient that have coffee pot, dishes and coffee mugs. We also loved having the washer and dryer to do laundry as we went. The beds were exteremely comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. My mom hadn't been to the ocean in over 22 years and she was very impressed with the condo. I highly recommend them!

Amazing view!

The condo is amazing. The view is spectacular. I sat each morning on the balcony eating breakfast while watching the dolphins swim by. We will definitely be returning. The only thing I would like to suggest is a new mattress for the master bed. It was not at all comfortable. But other than that this little gem is perfect.

Vacation

Was disappointed in the bathroom/shower. Shower curtain very scurvy. Listed as 2 bedroom basically 1 bedroom with bunk beds in hallway. Coffee pot was very poor. No toaster. Elevator stunk. Will not go back there.

Not as expected

First time we stayed here it was very nice. This time when we arrived I pulled open the curtains and saw the beach covered with heavy equipment and pipes. They were dredging the whole week we were there. Noisey and unable to walk or fish on the beach. We were not told about this. Had to drive to a public beach and pay. Also,during the day workers were drilling and pounding in rooms next to us. I suppose this was all because it was off season,but we could have changed dates if we'd been told.

We are residents of Holland Michigan and have been coming to Gulf Shores since 1989. We started coming to Gulf Shores on Spring Break with our children and now come for six weeks in late winter/early spring. Now often our children and grandchildren come during spring break. Gulf Shores has become a family favorite vacation spot.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We have purchased this condo in 2012, and have completed the process of renovating, painting and updating it. We have a new tile floor and new living area furniture. We also have a new washer/dryer in the condo. We have now completed a new renovation with new paint, furniture and a completely new kitchen and bath room as of April, 2020.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The reason we chose this condo is the wonderful Gulf front/Gulf view and the low density, only 30 condo's in the nine story building. You seldom have to wait for the elevator. We also have a condo in Ocean Reef which we also enjoy, but do not have the wonderful view as we do in Westwind. You will enjoy relaxing on the balcony watching the waves roll in and the sun setting in the evening.
