This is a second floor apartment, very clean and comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 kids! The booking didn’t specify it was second floor, with stairs to get to the door. Other than that it was accurate!

Check in and communication were great. One thing to note…if you need the third bedroom tell her when booking or you will arrive to it locked. It is a “middle” unit so there are neighbors above and below. On our particular stay the upstairs neighbors were extremely loud until well after midnight and before 7:00 a.m. the next morning. I believe Jenny was going to address it though.Overall great place to stay and a reasonable price!

Family trip to Boston

Great place to stay!! Everyone had their own bed, great restaurants a short drive from away. Owner was very responsive to any inquiry.

What a lovely accommodation! It was very roomy and well laid out. Plenty of dishes, towels, etc. Location was a little further from our primary goal of baseball, but the boys had a great experience. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Very nice apartment on mattapan quincy line. Quiet with off street parking. A hidden gem.

Comfortable apartment with an excellent one-level layout. Convenient parking near the back entrance. The two sofas were invitingly comfy, and the main living area was a great space for us to hang out! The adequacy of kitchen basics varied. As for tableware, some items were plentiful (plates and bowls) while others (glasses/mugs/cups) seemed minimal for a unit that could accommodate so many people. Our group of four ran the dishwasher every day to replenish our supply of clean drinkware. For food preparation, the cupboards and drawers contained a limited but generally sufficient supply of dishes and utensils. We appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. It was also nice to have a Star Market for groceries within walking distance. Communication with the host was easy and quick. All in all, a great stay!

House was clean and decorated very well. Kitchen could use many more utensils for cooking. The listing came up as a house however it was a second floor apartment in a house which we discovered later in small print. We had our grandkids and kids with us and prior to booking had informed the Host as such. The first floor tenant who was up until 2 am partying the night before complained relentlessly about my grandkids who are normal active kids. The tenant below even had a barking dog. We never complained based on it was apartment style accommodations however the tenant below did not hold back and we were being contacted in "Non-quiet time" hours to be QUIET! Had we realized it was an apartment we never would have booked.In my view this is not a "Kid Friendly" destination unless your children are aspiring Mimes.

Modern, Clean, and Lots of Space

The space looks like it was just renovated. It was clean and had new appliances. The bed rooms all have one bed and a bunk bed. You could really cram a lot of guess in the house. The living space is large with a sectional sofa that can fit 6-8, a kitchen table with room for 6. The parking spots in back are pretty tight, but there was plenty of street parking out front. If you have a bigger vehicle, I'd park out front.

It's hard to leave 4 stars overall because I've never had a bad experience with VRBO. We did have some issue with a pillow that smelled off and damp towels. The owner responded quickly and was able to get us clean sheets/towels. There was a weird issue with the washer/dryer but we figured it out (it has a childlock). We needed the 3rd room which is locked and when we were rushing to get settled before dinner, I had tk ask for the code. Maybe ask for the code ahead of time if you need the 3rd room. The space met our needs. Its the second of 3 floors... and we heard the people upstairs walking (running) and then partying one night. I messaged the host and she reached out to them. As far as the kitchen goes, we only ate breakfast there so they had everything we needed for that.

This isn’t something we usually encounter, and it was an oversight from our cleaning team. They’ve also asked me to pass along their apologies, and we’ve already addressed this with them to make sure it doesn’t happen again. The washer/dryer is working normally, but I understand it can be a bit confusing at first with the child lock, thank you for your patience with that. Regarding the third bedroom, I’m sorry for any confusion. It’s not locked in the sense of being unavailable, we replied and provided the code right away after you asked, and we’re online 24/7 to help as quickly as possible. Im glad I could assist on the timely manner 😊💖 I also apologize for the noise from upstairs. As noted in the listing, this is a 3-level home, but I understand how that could still be disruptive, and I appreciate you letting us know so we could step in. I’m really glad we were able to resolve all the things during your stay and that the space overall met your needs. Thank you again for staying with us 💐 we truly appreciate it!

Appartement très confortable avec tout le nécessaire. Nous étions 6 adultes et avons été très confortables. Nous avons visité Boston. Facile d'y accéder. Jennifer est une propriétaire dont la communication est facile et rapide. Elle s'assure que nous soyons bien et tient ses promesses.
