We both grew up in South Florida to Hispanic parents, and as a result we both love to enjoy the Florida weather outdoors, especially at a park or on the beach with our families. Amilcar, in particular, is an expert in all things Dania Beach, having spent most of his childhood here.
On the weekends, we enjoy exploring the area with our young son, taking walks around the neighborhood and beach, and cooking up a nice asado with our families.
We love getting to know our guests and sharing everything we know about the area to make their stay as enjoyable as possible, no matter their vibe.

We've always loved the Dania Beach area with its history, small-town charm, and (most importantly) proximity to the beach.

We put incredible care and attention to detail in the design of our property. We want guests to feel at home in a beautiful space, so we try to provide all the amenities you could possibly need for your stay and carefully curated the decor so guests wake up every day knowing they're on vacation.
Because we want our guests to be comfortable and to make sure they have everything they need, we try to proactively provide everything we can. But we're also attentive when guests reach out with any issues or concerns. Our guests' experience matters to us, and we put in the care and attention to prove it before, during, and after their stays with us.
