This detail is outlined in the house rules section of the listing prior to booking to help guests plan ahead. Many homes in this area rely on specialized septic or off-grid systems that require paper waste to be placed in the provided bins rather than flushed. We completely understand that it can take a little getting used to, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during your stay. We'd love to host you again anytime!

I will review the description of the property as I’m sure that I have on the rules and house description as the property has sensitive pipes/ tank and the toilet paper would be a problem. That is why we require to put the papers in the trash can at the bathroom.

Every time we talked, you never told me anything about it and you even decided to extend your stay for 4 more days. However, I noticed that during our conversations , you did not discuss any concerns you might have had in your first stay , and it was surprising to read your review after your decision to extend your stay for an additional 4 days. Given the situation you mentioned regarding your housing, we were also considering the possibility of renting the property to you and your 3 kids , as we wanted to help in any way we could. I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the difficult situation you are facing. It is truly heartbreaking to hear about your house and the challenges you are experiencing. However, I believe it’s important to clarify that our actions did not contribute to the circumstances that led to you losing your house.
