Spacious modern 2BR house! Steps to Rainey & Dtown
Discover your perfect Austin escape. Just a short stroll from the city's vibrant heart, this modern gem offers the best of both worlds. Unwind; surrounded by stylish decor, or explore the nearby restaurants, bars, and stunning lake views. Experience the magic of Austin living in this inviting retreat.
our house has an open plan layout that is ideal for entertaining with your whole group. The living area opens up seamlessly to the landscape backyard, in the front door is just a couple of locks from Rainey Street, downtown, and the nightlife and restaurants on 6th Street and the east side are just steps beyond that.
Our two bedrooms each have queen size beds and each have a fold-down futon couch. The living room also has a pull out couch and a fold down futon couch, there's even portable memory foam mattresses if your group needs extra sleeping spaces.
We'd love for you to make our home your home base and oasis for your Austin adventures! If your group is larger and you need extra space we have are three bedroom sister home located right next door.
We love hosting, and don't hesitate to ask if there's anything at all we can do to make your visit amazing!
Rule number one: Have fun!
We have no minimum stay on weekdays.
Friday and Saturday in April 2025 are fine for single-day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.
Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events (SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me.
We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests, questions, or potential exceptions to the house rules prior to booking. I'm happy to try and work with you.
Please no smoking of any kind in the house. Smoking anywhere outside is fine. Of course, please do not leave behind any cigarette butts on the ground
No glitter or confetti. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.
Pets are usually very welcome, but please check with me first 🐶
