This Villa is perfectly suited for families who want to enjoy everything that a resort can offer (but not the prices). It faces the ocean and the rainforest in a magical stretch of land that gives a perfect spot for all that the island has to offer. There is a King (private bath) a Queen ( private bath) a bunk bed/trundle ( 3 beds) and a sleeper Queen sofa in the living room with another bath. It is a split level with a pool steps away from the property. It is fully furnished and very modern. Golf cart available for rent. Stay 7 nights or longer and the golf cart is free to use during your stay if it's available.

We had a wonderful time in PR. The villa was comfortable and as described. The hosts, Ana and Ian, were always available to address questions and provide recommendations, including to some wonderful local restaurants. The location was perfect for leveraging the amenities in Rio Mar as well as a launch point to Luquillo, Fajardo, and nearby El Yunque. The golf cart to get around the complex was a nice perk, allowing us to catch a couple of beautiful sunrises. Overall a very pleasant stay in a beautiful part of PR!

Great spot for a big family. Our kids ages range from 9-20 years old and they all had something to do. The villa very much has a home feel, it’s obvious lots of good memories have been made there over the years. The hosts were very communicative and helpful.

The villa was absolutely beautiful — it felt like home the moment we walked in. The space had such a calming, zen energy and was stocked with nearly all the essentials you’d need. Ana and Ian were fantastic hosts, always available whenever we had a question. A special thank‑you to Ian for greeting us personally, welcoming us so warmly, and giving us a full tour of the villa.

We had a wonderful vacation @ Mameyes II. We came for the beach and it delivered. The Villa is a 3 minute drive to a beautiful sandy bottomed beach perfect for Boggie boarding, swimming and walking. Lots of parking is available. The pool is very close to the Villa as well. Old San Juan is 35 minutes away and the El Yunque National Rainforest is 15 minutes both are a must if you are visiting PR!

This was the perfect place for our first family trip to PR! The villa was clean and we had plenty of room! We had everything we needed and the pool was just steps away. Just know that there is no access to the resort amenities but you can eat at any of the restaurants there. Ian and Ana were the perfect hosts-we are already looking forward to booking with them again!

My wife and I stayed here with our 3 girls. The place was perfect and everything we could have asked for. Perfect location to nice beaches and very close to El Yunque National Rain Forest. Kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed and the beds and furniture were very comfortable. We'd def rebook in the future when we return.

Listing was exactly as advertised. It was a great location for those looking for convenient access to beach, hiking, kayaking and sailing. The hosts, Ana and Ian, were very responsive from booking through checkout.

It was lovely to stay at this home. The entire vibe is perfect from the terracotta tile to the slat windows that connect you right to the outdoors. It’s an inviting home and has everything you need. We slept well. We were also able to spread out since it is bigger than even the pictures display. They are amazing hosts and very good at communicating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable, access to the pool was wonderful, and we were very happy to have use of their beach toys! Our only complaint was that the golf cart seemed to be on its last legs--it was unreliable and broke down a few times despite it being recently fixed. They were very responsive and great hosts.

Nicely appointed condo, great location between San Juan and Luquillo and El Yunque. Ana and Ian were quick to respond if we had any questions. Ian met us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know for our stay.

Excellent Location and Hosts!

Very nice accommodations, perfect for families! Great location away from the hustle of San Juan but close to many great beaches and site's. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach.

Family trip

We visited with our daughter, son in law and three grandchildren 14 to 20 years old. The villa met our needs. The golf cart was great. Ian was always available for questions and quick to respond. It was a great trip.

First time to Puerto Rico

We were very happy with our stay, the property worked out really well for our family. It was wonderful to have a pool just steps out the front door and easy golf cart ride to the main hotel. We would definitely stay with Ana again, she was very commutative and responsive.

The condo was great for our stay (2 adults and 4 teens). Great location in the resort. Close to the beach and right across the pool. Pool had lounge chairs. Resort is 10 minutes from the rain forest, 5 minutes from Los kioskos de luquillo (food and drink), and 10 min from the grocery store. Condo was well stocked and clean. Puerto Rico was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and the beach at the resort, Old San Juan, the rainforest, Los Kioskos de luquillo, and nearby restaurants. Just be prepared for some crazy driving. Communication with owners Ana and Ian was fantastic. Ian made the check in process very easy. We got locked out of the condo (our mistake), and Ian was gracious enough to come and open the door for us. Make sure you put the key back in the outside lock box AS SOON as you open the front door.

Ian was very helpful and communicated right away. Place worked well with the family - pool right near us, golf cart very convenient. Visited the Rain Forest twice, San Juan fort and walked around. Coco farm, several beaches. All around great location.

Great place to stay

Absolutely oved the location (great beach, restaurants, activities all very close). Great communication, overall a great experience. Only thing to be aware of is that getting in/out of the condo can be a bit challenging later at night due to closer security gates closing requiring a longer driver through the entire property (clearly a very minor inconvenience).

VRBO on Wyndham Rio Grande property

Location was great to what we wanted for a family vacation!! Close to beach, pool right across from the property, golf cart made it so great to cruise around entire property. We were close to rain forest, great restaurants, shopping and other day trips for exploring by car. All amenities and conveniences and then some were provided by owners who were very helpful with every request we had!! Can’t wait for our next trip to the island!

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico and I am so glad that we made this our home base for the trip. The space really was our home away from home, and our hosts were friendly and accommodating before and during the trip. The home is a short golf cart ride from the beach, and there are plenty of local restaurants nearby. We were close enough to San Juan and El Yunque for easy day trips, but the location felt secluded. The focus on security was also a nice plus.

Great place

Villa was great for a group trip. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils making cooking easy. Spacious living area. Pool right across street from villa. Short golf cart ride down to beach. Resort area really nice, poolside bar and restaurant. About 30min drive to San Juan downtown area.

I bought this property primarily because my kids and grand children are in NYC.. and I had to entice them to come and visit (spend weeks at a time) and do all the things they don't get to do in NYC!

We all love this Villa as it gives us the opportunity to do any 'vacation' we want (golf, tennis, swimming, hiking) or just hang out. Fits two families ( 2 couples and 5 kids) and a grandmother perfectly!
