While we’re glad we could assist, we are truly sorry that several aspects of your experience fell short of your expectations for a $4,000 stay. Regarding your supplies, we provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials—including soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, and trash bags—to get our guests settled. When you messaged us asking for additional laundry soap, we brought it right over, and we would have been more than happy to deliver extra trash bags and dish soap at the exact same time had we known you were out. We also sincerely apologize for the issues with the hot tub and Wi-Fi. Once you notified us about the hot tub, we dispatched maintenance right away to resolve the issue, though we completely understand how disappointing it was that it wasn't ready to use sooner. Similarly, while Wi-Fi signals in the area can occasionally fluctuate, we appreciated the chance to offer troubleshooting options. We take all feedback seriously and rest assured both the WIFI and spa issues were addressed.
