Hello friends—welcome to 5 O’Clock Somewhere, a relaxed, nearly beachfront home just 50 steps from the sand. This is the kind of place where mornings start slow, beach days stretch long, and everyone naturally comes back together at sunset. With two living rooms, multiple outdoor spaces, and a rooftop deck made for golden hour, the home is designed for easy connection and laid-back coastal living. **Booking process - IMPORTANT!

- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.

- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.



**Guest Portal

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal

- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal

- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.



**The Space

Designed for together time without feeling crowded. Two separate living rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) give everyone space to unwind, while the open layout makes it easy to reconnect throughout the day. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable seating, and thoughtful flow support everything from casual meals to movie nights after the beach.

- Sleeper sofas on both levels for additional flexibility

- Linens and pillows are provided so everyone can settle in comfortably.



**Bathrooms

- 2 full bathrooms (one on each level)

- 1 powder room upstairs

- Fresh towels and essential bath amenities provided

- Please note: there is no outdoor hot tub at this property.



**Outdoor space**

Multiple outdoor areas make it easy to enjoy the coastal setting—from sunset evenings on the rooftop deck to relaxed meals on the private patio. The beach is close enough to come and go throughout the day without planning or packing.
