Beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom condo with incredible views of Grace Bay

NEWLY UPDATED condo with stunning hilltop views of the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach. Located at La Vista Azul, this bright & spacious one bedroom condo features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and large living space which opens onto a huge private terrace with ocean views. Unique in being a corner unit, enjoy extra light and easy access to the resort’s two inviting pools, hot tub, and sun loungers. A fitness center, on-site restaurant, & a short walk to the beach add to your enjoyment.
The space
This large open-concept condo is a peaceful oasis for your visit to the Turks and Caicos.

The condo itself offers you all the necessities for your stay in paradise.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and kettle, and necessary kitchen supplies (pots / pans / plates / utensils / wine glasses / etc). The dining nook allows for a cozy meal for two and the large bar area with stools expands the eating area.

The oversized living area includes a new oversized sofa to relax on after a tough day on the beach. Or open the sliding doors to your expansive private terrace where you can take in the sweeping panoramic views of the turquoise waters of Providenciales in the distance. Enjoy some aperitifs in the outdoor seating area or relax on your private sun lounger. (Outdoor dining furniture also on order, hoping to have by March)

The Smart TV in the living room allows you to enjoy the free cable or log-in to your favorite streaming channels. Complimentary high speed WIFI in the unit makes it easy to connect.

The bedroom is down the hallway from the living area. Sleeps two in a comfy queen sized bed. The stone tiled bathroom is set off the bedroom and includes a large walk-in shower. Plenty of storage space in the bedroom and hallway make it easy to unpack and make yourself at home for your stay.

Condo has central air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer / dryer in the unit, and a built-in safe.

The condo includes use of a drink cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and several other amenities to make your island life (and packing!) as easy and breezy as possible! The beach is less than a 10 minute walk from Simone’s (walk 3 min down the road to beach access point and then take a sandy path to the beach; 2 other access points also available). The nearby beach offers immediate access to Smith’s Reef, one of the two spots on the island where you can snorkel from the beach.

The condo is located at La Vista Azul in Turtle Cove, a magical hideaway on the north shore of the island. Staying here provides you full access to the resort amenities - with two swimming pools (one is heated), poolside sun loungers, gazebo covered hot tub, outdoor showers, fitness center, an on site restaurant and gelato shop, and 24 hour security.

Wander downstairs through the Mediterranean style architecture and courtyard to Simone’s (the onsite restaurant) or keep walking another 5 minutes to your choice of island favorite bars & restaurants in Turtle Cove (Mango Reef, Baci, Sharkbite, plus a cafe and the Hide-away food truck serving great local food). Magnolia Restaurant, which is perched on the hill with renowned sunset views, is also a short walk away. With a car you can reach Marine Room and Indigo or Blue Water Bistro restaurants at Wymara Resort.

The central area of Grace Bay which is full of shops and restaurants is an easy 10 minute drive. The island’s largest grocery store (the Graceway IGA) is a 5 min drive away. We are a 10 minute drive from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS).

Note the condo is located in Turtle Cove. The beach you access is the western end of Grace Bay Beach and a 10 minute drive from the main Grace Bay beach. For the adventurous walkers, you can also walk all the way along the beach to main part of Grace Bay Beach (just remember your sunscreen and water!).

While a car is not necessary for your stay, many guests that want to explore the island or spend a lot of time in central Grace Bay choose to rent one. We can help arrange the rental of a compact car which will be at the unit ready upon arrival ($50 / day subject to availability) or can provide info on rental car companies that offer a wider selection of vehicles. There is free parking in the upper and lower parking lots of the complex.

For guests that prefer not to drive, we can connect you with some of the best taxi drivers who will look after you for your stay. Many of the drivers are true ambassadors of the island so a fun way to see things if your budget allows and you don't require the flexibility of having your own car.

Guests have full access to all of the resort's amenities.
Other things to note
This condo is great for couples, solo travelers, or families with up to 2 children. It can also work for 2 friends who do not mind slightly limited privacy. It has an open-concept layout which means the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom and there is no door to the bedroom. As shown in the photos, there is a 'hallway' that separates the bedroom from the kitchen / living area.

**In addition to the bedroom, the secondary sleeping area is the living room. Here there is an oversized comfortable sofa (it can fit a person up to 6'6") as well as the option for a double air mattress. Mattress toppers are provided for both which we have found makes either option more comfortable than most pull-out sofas.

**This is a kid friendly condo. We have toys and a high chair available upon request. We can also arrange for a rental of a portable cot / pack 'n play if needed (at a cost).

**Stairs are used to access this unit. However given its preferential location in the complex it requires only one flight of stairs (~10 steps down) from the back parking lot.

**Beach equipment provided is your responsibility. Please look after them. If broken they will need to be replaced at your cost.
