I rented this for a trip I ended up not going on, but my husband and a friend still made the trip. My husband reports that the unit was excellent in every way. Very clean, comfortable, easy to find with the house number being well placed and lit for their after dark arrival. He described the unit as a New York apartment in a Missiuri barn.

The cozy country retreat was a great place to stay during our visit. It felt secluded but was close to restaurants and stores. There was plenty of parking and space for the kids to play outside. The house was set up with everything we needed…laundry, dishes, and extra blankets and pillows. We will definitely look at staying here again on our next trip!

Nice quiet place to stay. In the country but not too far from town. Good place to stay, it has all the basics. Check in was easy. Communication with host was good. We would stay here again.

This is a very clean, cozy place to kick back & relax. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The check in & check out process is super simple.

It's a beautiful property. The highway it's close to is busier than I thought it would be, but you didn't really hear much noise from inside the house, especially once you had the TV on. It's really modern, and we're not tech savvy, but we figured it out. Mostly. We still weren't sure how to search the TV correctly when we left but we just Channel surfed till we found something. Lol! Overall, it was peaceful, calm and quiet, which is what we wanted. Thank you!

We loved staying here. It was quiet and peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Loved being out of the city but still close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay!

We had a nice quiet stay! Great communication with owner. Location was perfect for seeing our son in Bolivar and visiting the sites in Springfield & Branson. We'll be back!

Nice place to stay

Owner of property Tony allowed us to check in early, very much appreciated. The property was very clean and tidy upon arrival. Tony had excellent communication during our stay. Thank you so much !

Tony, our host, very responsive. Informative. The place is absolutely clean as a pin looks all brand new. Very large inside you wil have plenty of roof to stretch out or for you kids whatever. Close to Springfield, just a great spot.I brought a 28' race car trailer and parked it and turned around ther without issues.We loved ait and will be back.Thanks Tony

Perfect Great Plains getaway

My wife, kids, and I loved the property. Set on a quiet country road amidst farms, let us unwind in peace while watching beautiful Missouri sunrises and sunsets and located conveniently close to Springfield. We will be back in the future!

Loved the workmanship and the remote location. This would be a 5-star except for the bathroom. The space is tight, the showerhead is weak, and the water temperature is too cool to be comfortable.

We were there 2 nights and enjoyed it. Did not know there was a step down between the livingroom/kitchen area and the tv/bedroom area. Would have been nice to know that. There was no guest book with any instructions. TV was not user friendly for us. We did like the place and would go back if in the Springfield area again.

Just as pictured. Very clean and new. Comfortable. We were visiting our kids who live in the area so weren’t there most of the day. I liked being able to park right by the door and it was right by the highway for easy access.

Wonderful Property!

This newer location is a short drive from Springfield and set back from the road with lots of quiet space. There are many stores within a 10–15-minute drive. The unit is large, beautifully decorated, cozy and spotless with ample seating, a larger modern kitchen, a good-sized bathroom (complete with a washer/dryer to use). The bedroom (and walk-in closet) is huge with a comfortable king bed, desk and extra roll bed in the closet. The owner was attentive and let us know they were there to help in any way needed. We have family that recently moved to the area and will choose this location over any other when we visit them again!

We came to Springfield for a wedding and decided to try a VRBO instead of a hotel and my, we are so glad we did. This property was immaculate. The unit looks to be brand new and absolutely spotless. I wish every place was this beatiful and clean. We loved sitting outside at the fire pit and watching a storm roll in. It was just so peaceful. The mattress was the best I've ever slept on. In fact, we're going to replace our own mattress with the same one. The host was very receptive and helpful and responded immediately to any questions. I just can't say enough about this place. We are actually trying to find an excuse to visit Springfield just so we can stay at this property again. This is how a VRBO should be managed. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Highly recommended!

It’s a beautiful and super clean place. The owners are easy to talk to and work with. The check-in process is straightforward, and once your in, you’ll be amazed by the piece of property. The outside lights around the fire pit are particularly impressive.

Great space. We cooked meals every day and there was all the tools you need. Quiet setting, was able to walk the long drive every morning.
