Our proximity to California Ave is shielded for sound by the front row of townhomes, in addition to the green-build sound proof construction allows you to enjoy a quiet city retreat day and night.

The home boasts three bedrooms appointed with temperpedic mattresses and full bamboo bedding, Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the home is equipped with A/C for those hot sunny Seattle summer days!

The host was exceptional, highly responsive and helpful and the house was warm and welcoming, offering a true home-like atmosphere. Additionally, the location was excellent, with restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. I would gladly recommend this property and would stay again.

Kelly was very helpful and informative, both with procedural details and with neighborhood features and recommendations. Our family of four stayed for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. West Seattle is a delight, with walkable areas all around, and easy access to Seattle proper via the nearby water taxi. We visited the Preserve and beach and had a wonderful dinner at one of the local restaurants. The property itself offered plenty of room and great views. I highly recommend this property to others.

Great stay and location!

This property worked well for our family of five with tweens and a teen. It had all the amenities we needed and then some! It was very clean, the bedding super comfy, and walkable to nearby stores and restaurants. Easy access to Seattle destinations and wonderful views of sunsets from the balcony. The property owner is extremely responsive and proactive and went above and beyond to ensure a top notch experience.

This property was everything we hoped for. We were in Seattle for a celebration for our son, who lives just a few blocks away. There were 4 adults and 2 children, and the space works out perfectly. There is good separation between the main bedrooms, and a lovely, comfortable kitchen and living room area on the floor in between where we could all gather. It was clean, fresh, nicely furnished, and very well-equipped. The location is excellent, with shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and a park within easy walking distance. We enthusiastically recommend this beautiful home.

As advertised

My family (5 adults in 3 bedrooms) stayed in the townhome for 9 days. My review will be short because the listing represents the home very well; we have no complaints. Great communication. Easy check-in and out. The townhouse is modern. Everything we needed (kitchen stuff, coffee, etc.) was provided. There's a great supermarket (PCC ... like a Whole Foods) a block away. Easy access to downtown Seattle, Vachon ferry, beach, etc. It was perfect for us. If I were reaching for things to mention: it's a multilevel home, so bad knees wouldn't work well. Noise travels from the main floor (wood, uncarpeted) to the two bedrooms below; like many homes.

Kelly was a joy to work with. This well appointed house is so convenient to North Admiral, Alaska Junction, and Alki. The balcony is a treat with views of the water! We were there for a wedding, and wish we had more time to chill in the relaxing spaces. Highly recommend! PS Don't be scared by the hide-a-bed. My son said it was comfy!
