Quiet, private and charming studio home in the great area feels like it is miles away from the city’s fast-pace, yet is actually only minutes away. Suited for couples and get aways. Within a three block walk there are 10+ restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Admiral Theater, with multiple breweries nearby. Parks, tennis courts and ball fields are across the street. Puget Sound, Alki Beach, Water Taxi to Downtown. 15 minutes walking distance from the Stadiums Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park for Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders games.

The space
This new studio home has new and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Wall mounted TV with Netflix, Amazon, your choice... Queen size bed is very comfortable and room is very quiet. Bathroom has an awesome tiled shower. New Washer and Dryer is also available. A peaceful front patio surrounded by trees welcomes you for some outdoor fresh air.

This studio was very clean and in a quiet location. It’s closeness to California avenue, alki, and Seattle was excellent. Beata is a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed.

I would stay here again. Very cute stand-alone cottage in back of the main house. Easiest check in ever! Place is small but comfortable and had everything I needed. Hosts are friendly and great with communication.

The property is charming, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Everything was perfect. The hosts were great at providing information and even checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. The amenities were excellent. This is a great space for anyone traveling with a dog. I would definitely book another stay in the future.

What a gorgeous oasis! I’m so happy we found this spot. Beata and Rene were a joy to communicate with throughout the trip. I particularly appreciated how quiet the property is, how firm and comfortable the bed is, and the laundry works great! Would absolutely stay here again and we hope to!

Small and compact but very liveable for a couple. Clean unit and on-site parking is a plus. The queen bed could use a "topper" but no negative comments on the cleanliness. Location was easy to find and we would recommend.

We were surprised by the 4-star rating, as your comments described a very positive stay. We have never received complaints about the mattress before, and many guests specifically mention its comfort in their reviews. Of course, comfort is personal, and we respect your opinion. Very cleanEverything we needed with plenty of room for the both of us.Easy to visit downtown Seattle via the water taxi which we walked to (30 mins) one day.Drove down and parked near the taxi pier the other times.Easy walking distance to a couple of supermarkets and bars and restaurants (5 - 10 mins).Loads more restaurants and bars further down California Ave about 20 mins walk.30 mins walk to Alki Beach.Walked all over,felt very safeLovely neighbourhood.

Lovely little place for two. As a wheelchair user- I didn’t feel like my chair could handle the pathway to the back of the house without a fight, and the shower is not accessible (byo shower chair) but it is otherwise easy to get around, I loved this place so much and want to come back (with my shower chair lol). The location is amazing for alki beach. Thanks yall!

This little west Seattle get away made my visit to Seattle so much more enjoyable! The location is amazing and super walkable/easy to get to downtown Seattle/ buses were very easy & accessible. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in this neighborhood. Also loved that it was away from the city but still close enough. Beata & Rene were extremely accommodating and responsive! I will absolutely be back!
