This listing allows you to book BOTH SIDES of our 3 story duplex (VRBO#432956 and #433062) which is located directly above the Boulder Lift of Heavenly Ski Resort on the Nevada side. The description below describes each home. They can be joined by opening the large privacy/locking pocket doors on both the first and second floors to facilitate the gathering and mingling of your group - or just keep them closed/locked for group separation (or the kids unit). They are IDENTICAL mirror images of each other - right down to the furniture. If you enjoy summertime hiking, mountain biking and spectacular views, this is definitely the location!

These beautiful custom condominiums are located adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort's Nevada Ski area and right above the Boulder Lift. For the more advanced skiers, you can ski down to the Boulder Lodge/Lift (when sufficient snow exists as it is ungroomed tree terrain). The free Heavenly shuttle bus also picks up/drops off right at our parking lot for convenient access to the slopes.

Each 4 bedroom/3 bath 2000 s.f. unit is unique and luxurious, without a doubt the most luxurious condominium on Heavenly's Nevada side. Very secluded at the end of a cul-de-sac - you'll enjoy this private and peaceful location all to yourself. Sit on the deck and drink in the spectacular views of not only Lake Tahoe but Mt. Tallac and Heavenly Valley!!

Once you are in the home you'll enter the beautiful kitchen/dining room area complete with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, modern dimpled copper sink, granite counter tops and Flat Screen LED TV. You can also find seating for 8 at the dining room table and 3 at the kitchen bar area. There is also a gear dryer in the winter for your boots and gloves to make them dry and warm for your next ski day. Down the hallway is the first of 3 bathrooms with HEATED FLOORING! No more cold tile floors on those chilly winter mornings. Bathrooms throughout the home all come equipped with state of the art plumbing and granite counter tops.

Go further down the hall and you'll come to the first bedroom. Bedroom #1 has a comfy queen bed and a Flat Screen TV. This bedroom looks out onto the forest on the backside of the home.

Go upstairs and find a spectacular living room that boasts even more beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. The comfortable leather sofas sit directly in front of a gas fireplace with a gorgeous rock wall upon which is mounted a 65" Smart TV for streaming your favorite subscriptions. A game table with seating for 4 (6 with leaf) completes the room. Down the hallway from this magnificent living room is the 2nd bathroom and bedrooms #2 and #3. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and bedroom #3 has 2 sets of EXTRA LONG twin bunk beds (4 beds total). Bathroom is also equipped with heated tile floor, granite counter tops and contemporary plumbing and fixtures. A full size washer and dryer are also found on this floor.

Up the stairs to the third floor is the spacious master loft with a California King bed, reading nook, 46" TV and walk in closet. The master bath has heated tile floor, his/hers sinks, granite counter tops, jetted tub and separate full shower. This master bedroom and bathroom have spectacular views of Lake Tahoe.

The house is state of the art with WIFI equipped televisions and wireless internet for those with the need for a 'working vacation'. Step outside onto the top deck and into the professionally-maintained hot tub with unparalleled views of the surrounding mountains and an unobstructed view of Lake Tahoe. Nothing beats coming off the slopes after a great day of skiing, taking a plunge in the hot tub, relaxing while you overlook the lake and absorb the tranquility of world known as Lake Tahoe.

There are two (2) Weber gas BBQ grills and two (2) hot tubs for your enjoyment. Grill is located on the first floor deck with propane provided.

There are several stairs leading down to the unit as well as inside, so for those who might have difficulty with stairs this is not an appropriate unit.

You are welcome to load/unload by parking in the cul-de-sac but no extended parking in front of the building per county code.
