Discover the charm of this unique beach villa, where easy beach access meets gorgeous interiors. Nestled just steps from the shore, this immaculate 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse comfortably accommodates 6-8 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or friends.
This dreamy townhouse is just steps from the beach. Its been completely updated and ready for you to enjoy it.
The ground levels a King size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, balcony and its own entrance—perfect for added privacy.
The second level has the main living areas, kitchen and the rest of the bedrooms.
The open living area is Spacious and inviting, with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed. Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from the living room and its balcony.
The dining table seats 4 comfortable and is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The galley kitchen has stainless steel appliances and we provide everything you need for your family meal.
This wonderful beach property has high vaulted ceilings, making it large and comfortable.
The primary bedroom is a serene retreat with a King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has a King size bed and a bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Location is one of the best perks – the community is on the intercoastal and the beach is just across the street.
Beach access: Located right off of Gulf Blvd you would only have to cross the street and your at the Beach!
The community features a heated swimming pool.
This exclusive community comprises 15 townhouses with deeded beach access, offering complimentary chaise lounges on the sand and intercoastal access as well – really the best of both worlds!
Important Details:
1 small pet limit with a $150 pet fee + taxes

Beautiful townhome.
Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
Beautiful townhome with plenty of space for 8. Within walking distance to food places, beach rentals and the ocean. Would have preferred more bath towels in each bathroom. Might want to consider updating the coffee maker and water filter method.
