This beach house works well for multi-generation families, small groups (girlfriends' getaway), couples traveling together, kids of all ages!
-The spacious master bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom.
-The second bedroom is large and features a queen bed and flat screen TV.
-The third bedroom has a full size bunk on top and full size bunk on bottom with a pull out twin trundle and a large flat screen Smart TV.
-Laundry room with washer and dryer
A pack and play and highchair is available for little ones at no charge.

Don't worry about bringing or buying beach gear. The house is stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach cart, etc. Just bring your own Speedo and flip flops!

Unlike many beach side properties this one features a large parking area with room for six cars.
A car is nice to have to see attractions further inland but guests without a car can take the Suncoast Trolley (trolley stop is a few steps from the front of the house)
up and down the Pinellas County beaches from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach. Indian Shores features dedicated walking and separate bike path lanes.
There's plenty within a 2 mile radius - ice cream shops, Smugglers Cove mini golf, the seabird sanctuary, and tons of great restaurants. By car the house is 5 minutes from a Publix; Target and numerous other stores are all within a 15 minute drive.
We love spending time at 'Three Mermaids and a Crab' and hope you will, too!

Week Away

This property is great! The home is neat & cozy with plenty of room for all. We spent a good bit of time out by the pool and were just steps from the beach. It was a great place to get away from regular life for a bit!

Excellent Gulf beach location

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Mermaids and a Crab over New Year's, especially its proximity to the beach and of course the wonderful heated pool. It was the perfect property for our multi-generational family vacation—highly recommended!

Excellent location!

This house hit all the marks for our group, very close to the beach access, clean, and private. We were able to have 8 of us without feeling like we were too crowded. The house is clean, and the updated kitchen was great. A little light on the kitchen utensils, towels, but enough to make it work. Steve was very speedy in getting us replacement beach chairs and umbrella when notified of broken ones.

Didn’t Want to Leave

This property and location is perfect. Just the right size for our group. It is so close to the beach that we enjoyed sunsets every evening. The pool is heated and allowed us to enjoy pool parties on cooler days. Everything inside is clean and new and cozy.

Christmas at the beach

Awesome property, everything was clean and felt brand new. Super close to the beach and they had everything you needed to hit the sand. The pool was heated so we could use it all day even when it wasn’t that hot out. Can’t beat the convenience and privacy! Would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Excellent experience, very short walk to the beach without needing to cross the street. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very attentive and responsive when called .

Perfect family getaway

Location to activities, restaurants and beach were amazing. The kids loved the heated pool and we used it daily. Steve was a great host. We plan to come again next year!

Loved our stay with three mermaids and a crab! The pool was especially loved! Great location and beach. Appreciate that boogie boards and pool floaties were provided by the owners.

Fantastic place. Will be returning for sure.

This house is the perfect size and is in a great location. Plenty of parking, pool is perfect for afternoon relaxing and the beach is a 3 min walk. Shops-n-stores are all close by. Steve was a great host making sure everything was in place. He even checked in with us on our arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. The weather was absolutely perfect and the beach was crystal clear.

Great Home!

We really enjoyed our time at 3 Mermaids and a Crab. The beach was so close, and the location is a short drive to just about anything you want to do. The pool is so wonderful to have when you want a break from the sand. The beds were comfortable, and it was just a really cozy place to stay.

Great property, close to beach and restaurants

Excellent communication with property manager. House is exactly as described on website and in pictures. The neighborhood is both quiet but with great access to restaurants and nearby cities. Heated pool is wonderful and beach is just around the corner and beautiful and uncrowded. Great place for a relaxing vacation.

Relaxing and comfortable.

This was our 3rd time staying at 3 mermaids and a crab. My family and I are very comfortable staying there. The beach was beautiful and we really enjoy the area restaurants. We are looking forward to an even longer stay next year.

Loved this place! Great for our family of 6. Super close to the beach , walkable places to get snacks/alcohol. The home was decorated on point, super cute! The pool was awesome too!
