The property was very beautiful. The house was clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals there. The new grill was awesome! We had so much fun in the lake with the kayaks and paddle board. Our only concern was the narrow gravel road in.

We loved our stay at Los Pinos! The accommodations are clean and modern but still cozy. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the expansive deck, watching the deer traverse the property. This rental is also in close proximity to some amazing hikes and waterfalls. We will definitely be back!

Great weekend getaway!

The house is clean, and updated. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. The lake is beautiful and the paddle board, canoe, kayak and noodles that the house provided were put to good use!

Los Pinos getaway

Wonderful mountain retreat.Relaxing & private. Enjoyed beautiful quiet lake. Nice modern amenities & technology in the house yet remote, tranquil setting outdoors. Love having morning coffee on large deck & evening cocktails & conversation around amazing fire pit. Liked close access to fun--shopping, hiking, waterfalls, site-seesering. Will definitely return!

This is an amazing property with a beautiful view and access to a small lake. It has plenty of privacy and is just a little over 30 minutes to downtown Brevard. The house is spacious and clean. Plenty of lighting throughout, smart appliances, and big front windows to give a great view of the lake. The drive in from the gate can be a little steep and the walk down to the fire pit and lake may be a little strenuous for older visitors and the property could do with a bit more outdoor lighting for nighttime enjoyment otherwise be sure to bring your flashlights. Besides that, and the need for raccoon proof trashcans outside so that you don't wake up to a pile of trash on the ground each morning we had no other issues with this wonderful place and would love to come back again next time we crave a beautiful mountain getaway.

Our stay at this lake and mountain retreat was absolutely perfect. The house had just been completely renovated from top to bottom, and every detail felt thoughtfully designed. One of my favorite features was the built-in smart speakers in the ceiling of the kitchen and dining area — such a great touch!We spent hours paddling around the pristine, spring-fed lake on the stand-up paddleboard, and the water was so clean and refreshing for swimming. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and relax at home.The location was also ideal — close enough to Brevard and Asheville to explore the area, but still quiet and peaceful. Honestly, some of our favorite moments were simply sitting out on the deck each morning with a cup of coffee, listening to the sounds of the forest and watching the sunlight dance on the lake.I can’t recommend this place enough — it was the perfect escape and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
