The Space:
Welcome to our stunning, newly constructed home in the heart of Barrington, NH, designed with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. As you enter, you're greeted by a grand two-story foyer with a gorgeous chandelier, setting the tone for a luxurious stay.

Step into the open-concept living area where the chef's kitchen awaits. With its 36" gas range, high-end Thor stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island, this kitchen is perfect for preparing family meals or entertaining guests. The dining area, seating six, flows seamlessly from the kitchen, featuring a coffee bar for your morning routine. The living room invites you to relax on a large, comfy couch with two recliners, enjoy a movie on the 65” TV with cable, or cozy up by the gas fireplace.

Venture outside to discover an outdoor oasis. The spacious backyard boasts a fire pit, gardens, covered and uncovered patios, a propane grill, dining set, and outdoor sofa with string lights. This space is perfect for family gatherings, grilling out, or simply enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

★ Bedrooms and Bathrooms ★
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed with premium linens, a large TV for streaming, a stylish accent wall, and blackout curtains. The ensuite bathroom features a modern, clean look with a walk-in shower and large vanity. The second bedroom is a sunny space with a comfortable queen-size bed, TV for streaming, a desk with an office chair, and well-appointed decor. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and reading lights. Note that the closets in both bedrooms are not accessible to guests.

The third bedroom boasts a brand new queen-size bed and a stylish desk, creating an inviting space. Just outside the second and third bedrooms is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and large vanity. The laundry room, equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, is conveniently situated upstairs.

One of the best spots in the home is the finished basement, an entertainment haven. This open space is perfect for family movie nights, board games, or a kids' play area. The large sectional offers seating for the entire group, and you can enjoy a movie on the 65” TV or play games on the provided Xbox 360. The ambiance of the electric fireplace adds a cozy touch. The basement also includes a small kitchenette with a sink, fridge, microwave, and a Ninja Creami for whipping up sweet treats. A dining table is perfect for card games, and a large island on wheels adds versatility to the space. A half bath completes the basement amenities.

★ Disclosures ★
Please note, the owner uses the home as a residence from time to time and has a dog. You may find evidence of the dog such as toys around the home. Some closets are locked for personal storage. The garage is currently inaccessible to guests, and the backyard will be reseeded over the summer. We kindly ask guests to respect the quiet, private neighborhood and keep noise levels down, especially when using the outdoor space.

Guest Access:
