What a perfect spot! Tucked away in the back of the complex, this quiet & peaceful pied-a-terre looks out onto a beautifully manicured lawn with views of Trail Creek & the Sun Valley Golf Course beyond. And it’s just steps from the Sun Valley Lodge, new Pavilion, tennis courts, restaurants & shops, with Sun Valley Lake across the street. In the winter, Dollar Mountain is just two minutes away & world-class skiing on Bald Mountain is a short one-mile drive. Skate-skiing is available at the adjacent Sun Valley Golf Course. Additionally, there is easy & free bus service near the Atelier complex to take you anywhere in the Wood River Valley.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home - Bosch dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, spacesaving microwave and stove/oven. Top-of-the-line furnishings include a buckskin leather loveseat, oversized chair & ottoman, dinette for two, large beautiful armoire with 40' flat screen Smart TV. Wi-fi included. The new queen bed has been outfitted with luxury linens for your comfort & ample storage throughout allows for a pleasant extended stay.

We are empty nesters, dividing our time between Idaho and Arizona. We came to Sun Valley thirty-five years ago to enjoy the fabulous lifestyle - fishing, hiking, tennis, skiing, golf - there's just no end to the fun things to do! And did we mention the fabulous restaurants? What a fantasy land!
Our condo was purchased and remodeled to fit our taste - not a typical "rental", and it turned out wonderful!

The Atelier condo complex is on the best location in all of the Valley! Very peaceful & tranquil, yet close to everything, featuring well-maintained, manicured grounds, streams and ponds. Best of all, our unit is in the quiet, backside of the complex and overlooks Trail Creek and the Sun Valley Golf Course, with great views and morning sun.
