Great Location!!! 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort. On the front of the 5000 section, overlooking the 4000 camping section. Very close and convenient to the beach.

This home is small (non-shedding) dog-friendly. And comes with use of golf cart for licensed drivers 25+

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!!

OUTSIDE: Your outdoor entertaining options are endless here! Enjoy the expansive outdoor covered deck with dining table, (and plenty of afternoon shade) Downstairs, relax with TV on the outdoor sectional sofa and enjoy cookouts with the propane grill and picnic table. You'll also have access to corn-hole boards, beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. Front, main deck is facing the Ocean (East-Facing), so you won't be blazing in the sun during the summer months.

INSIDE: there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom.
5 beds, sleeping 7-8 people. Maximum 6 adults.

You will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!!

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

**Guest Agreement signature required within 24 hours of booking
**Security/damage HOLD of $500 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 5-days after your stay is complete.
**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.
**Complimentary use of Owner's GOLF CART for licensed drivers age 25+. Golf Cart Waiver required. Driver's License upload Required for each driver
**MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We love Ocean Lakes!

The house was nice overall and served its purpose for our stay, but it felt like more of a leftover rental than a thoughtfully prepared vacation home. With better-stocked kitchen essentials, more complete dishware, and a little more thought put into the guest experience, this could be a much better stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Lakes during spring break. Kim was very responsive to our needs. The house had everything we needed in the family thoroughly enjoyed themselves. We’ll book again our next trip.

Great experience for vacation

Had a wonderful experience at this home, the rental facility went out of their way to bring us a few bikes to ride since I thought there were bikes at this home. Great location, very child friendly.

Kim was amazing to book with! She was always available to chat with and kept me informed of everything! She gave me reminders for trash day and made sure I had all important information before needing to ask. The app she provides about the home is so helpful. It has everything you need to know about the house. I will definitely be booking with Kim again confidently:)

Thanksgiving with family

The house was a very nice 3Br 2Ba home with everything we needed for our stay including enough kitchen supplies to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. It was clean upon our arrival. The wrap around deck was great for relaxing on and people watching. It was also nice to have a golf cart to use. Kim was quick to respond for a few very minor hiccups and resolved them quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Kim

Wonderful house for a family

Kim was an amazing host and I am so glad we chose her house. 5032 was a perfect fit for us. The 2 outside seating areas were perfectly set up and comfortable. The bedrooms were nice and accommodating. Tons of pots, pans, etc to use. We couldn’t get the outside tv to work, she came within a couple hours and had everything back and running for us. I would definitely stay here again on our next beach vacation.

We absolutely loved this location and this house. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Kim was incredible to work with and made the process effortless and was incredibly organized. The house had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the bunk room was fantastic with the extra storage built into the bed. The golf cart was a little old and seemed to be out of alignment but got the job done. We just charged it every night and it never died on us. We would absolutely stay here again. Put this house on your next Ocean Lakes vacation list

The house overlooks the RV part of OL, and gets a good bit of traffic. There's lots to see from the front porch. Our car got side swiped by an RV's tail swing while turning, and we saw another RV get clipped by a turning RV. The area under the house and golf cart were nice amenities. Communication with Kim the property manager from Beach Stay Getaway was pretty good but there were way more conversations then I'd want to have while on vacation, do to the number of things wrong. The key pad didn't work upon arrival, do to a programming error(she could fix remotely). The floor left our toddlers feet black, despite supposedly being steam cleaned just before we arrived, and the table on the front porch was filthy(she came and cleaned the table and dropped of a brand new Swiffer mop). The handle flush rod broke do to corroded metal and we had to flush by reaching into the tank and pulling up the chain.(it took over a day to get a plumber to fix). Some of the tvs didn't work do to the remotes or boxes(she helped me get one to work by unplugging), but we were not able to get the primary or one under the house(remote in pocket in the cover) to work. One of the toilets clogged and there wasn't a plunger(she reimbursed us for the one we bought at Sandy Mart). I don't blame her for some of these things. The house just need an investment in it's maintenance. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but each year someone should go in and reorganize and clean some of the food dirt off things.
