- Master Bedroom Retreat: Unwind in a luxurious king-sized bed, complete with a Roku TV and dedicated desk space for when you need to catch up on work.

- Upstairs, you will love the newly revamped loft, where you can enjoy arcade games, board games, puzzles, or relax on the couch with a good movie. Please note the twin trundle bed is unavailable!!
- Relaxing Back Porch: Tired after a long day of sightseeing? The covered back porch features both a hot tub and sauna to help relax sore muscles and calm your mind. Rain or shine, this will be your favorite area to unwind. Spa day anyone?

- Firepit & Adirondack Chairs: Gather around the firepit under a canopy of glowing string lights, making s’mores and sharing stories late into the evening. Enjoy ample seating for the entire family!

- High-Speed Internet: Stay connected with 1000 Mbps internet, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Roku TVs throughout the cabin are set up in guest mode so you can easily connect your favorite apps during your stay.

GUEST ACCESS

- When you stay at Mountainside Memories, this is your home. You have full access to the property, inside and out, with the exception of the locked owners’ closets.

- You will get a unique door code before check-in. The home is fitted with a smart door lock and includes free parking for up to two vehicles. No need to meet anyone for keys.

- Mountain roads throughout the Smokies can have sharp turns, blind hills, and narrow passing. A vehicle with 4WD is recommended in rain and snow.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. The hot tub is for guests 25 and over and children accompanied by their parent/legal guardian only. Alcohol is not allowed in or near the hot tub.

- Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed, but we ask that you please inquire if needed.

- We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap; however body soap, shampoo, toiletries, condiments, and coffee are not provided.

- If you plan on using the outdoor fire pit, please pick up a bundle of wood on the way, as firewood is not provided. Please note, the outdoor firepit may not be available during your stay if a county-wide burn-ban is implemented.

- The gas fireplace is shut off from April 1 to September 30, as is standard with every other cabin in the Smokies.

- A vehicle equipped with 4WD/AWD is recommended.

- Although we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets.

- All guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance through Vrbo to protect against a change in plans due to illness or weather. We cannot make exceptions to our stated cancellation policy.

The master bedroom is located on the main level and provides the perfect retreat for relaxation. It features a comfortable king-sized bed, a 45-inch Roku TV for your entertainment, and a dedicated desk to set up your workstation if you need to catch up on work during your stay.

The bathroom is conveniently located on the main floor and includes a shower/tub combo, providing both comfort and convenience. Additionally, the bathroom is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, so you can easily take care of laundry during your stay.

The kitchen was recently renovated and now boasts sleek granite countertops, offering a modern and functional space for preparing meals. It is fully stocked with all the appliances, cookware, and utensils needed for home-cooked meals, making it easy to feel at home. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full dinner, this kitchen has everything you need to create a memorable meal.

Upstairs, the loft area has been transformed into a fun-filled game room. It features two standing arcade games — Street Fighter II and PacMan — for hours of entertainment. The space also includes a cozy two-seater couch and a small table with chairs, perfect for playing games or cards. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is a twin trundle bed that comfortably sleeps two guests, making the loft ideal for both relaxation and fun.

The spacious living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. Curl up with your loved one by the stone-covered gas fireplace on a crisp morning or evening, or watch your favorite shows on the 45-inch Roku TV in guest mode. The back covered deck is the ultimate relaxation and hang-out spot, designed for unwinding and enjoying the surrounding nature. It features a brand-new 4-seater hot tub, perfect for soaking and relaxing after a day of adventure. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Roku TV while you unwind in the warm water. For added comfort, there’s a bench and two rocking chairs providing seating for four, as well as a table where you can stay up late into the night playing board games with family or friends.

Additionally, the back deck features an infrared sauna for a rejuvenating experience, helping you reset and relax. The fire-pit area is another highlight, complete with new Adirondack chairs offering ample seating under twinkling string lights. This setup creates the perfect ambiance for fun evenings, whether you're making s’mores, telling stories, or simply enjoying the warmth of the fire with loved ones. The outdoor area also features a charcoal grill, located just outside the deck, perfect for preparing meals and enjoying a delicious outdoor dinner on the back deck while taking in the beautiful surroundings of nature.
