This fantastic 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo directly overlooks the ocean, pool, and courtyard. Providing beautiful views from the kitchen, dinning room, living room, master bedroom and wide panoramic views from the main and private balcony. Located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, our beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo promises a delightful stay. As you arrive, be greeted by sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean that instantly captivate. This fully equipped accommodation blends comfort and style seamlessly. Each bedroom creates a homey atmosphere, while the elegant bathrooms add a touch of sophistication. Step out onto the balconies and savor the sea breeze. With convenient access to the city's attractions, popular restaurants, vibrant nightlife, and abundant entertainment options, your stay here will be truly unforgettable. The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex as well as outside storage for beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. In front of Anchorage I and Anchorage II, you will find a playground, memorial park, exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean, outdoor showers and private beach gazebos for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Condos feature full size washer/dryer, flat screen TVs, and high-speed internet. Ample parking is available.

* Please note Anchorage II is a SMOKE FREE building (including private balconies). Renters may smoke in the designated area at the south gazebo next to the beach walkway

* No motorcycles, trailers or golf carts allowed on the property

Our condos are located just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the downtown Boardwalk and Sky Wheel, Myrtle Waves, Barefoot landing, Tanger Outlets, live theater’s and shows, golf, and restaurants.

Great space in a great location

We had a great stay. The place was very clean and maintained. The location was perfect with easy beach access and many restaurants nearby.

Perfect location, nice and clean property. Few notes for the future rentals. There is no door with the third room. If you spend time in the living room or kitchen, nobody can sleep in this room because of the lights and sounds. You need to bring your own sharp knives. There was just 2 knives and we not able to cut anything with them. When you check out and want to stay at the beach all day, please know, there is no any restroom around. You have to dry minimum 10 min to the public beach. Overall we had a great experience.

Girls just want to have fun

We stayed here for nationals cheer competition. It did not disappoint! It was convenient, quiet, & we all felt safe. Communication was amazing through text with quick responses. We had seven girls staying here & none of us have complaints which really says something about this place.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The bathroom had hair in the sink and in the shower, the master bed had hair in it as well so we didn't sleep in the bed. We couldn't find the key to put the trash in the trash compactor, it was not where it said it was supposed to be. This was not like any place we are use to staying and all the beds were very hard.

MB Weekend Get Away 10/21

Property was well kept, pool cleaned every day, grass was nicely kept too. Quite maybe because of time of year. Some maintenance issues on the walkways were needed with the carpet rolling, but condition of the property was good for the age of it and it being 100 yards from the ocean.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed the last full week of August, so I guess it was already Off-Season down there since all the hotels had their "Vacancy" signs lit up. This was great because the pool and the beach were not crowded and the traffic was minimal! We did experience an occasional waiting time at some of the local restaurants but we were fine with that.

Overall enjoyed the property. Nice decor; carpet needed freshening; property manager stated will take care of; had very nice Ocean view. Suggest everyone get travel ins to insure refund in case of acts of nature which could interfere with your stay.
