The property was super clean. The main bedroom is next to the train, so be prepared for noise. Parking is behind the building in a gated lot.

Loved the location. Easy walking to the river and great places to eat and drink. The room we stayed in had great windows for watching the thunderstorm that started when the first arrived; lovely view. Parking and access to the building was easy to navigate. Would absolutely stay again.

Really pretty apartment smack in downtown Spokane. Walked to dinner at the Davenport. Check in and check out were a breeze. Highly recommend.

The unit was centrally located (as described) surrounded by lively entertainment! The unit itself was very clean and every appliance worked great. Gated parking was a great perk. Host made checkin checkout a breeze and was very responsive throughout our stay.

Easy in and out. Great location, easy access to highway/downtown etc. Parking in private lot was a plus. Nicely decorated. By train track, so can hear at night…ok if you have white noise :)

Clean room but there was water damage on the walls and baseboard in the living room from the ac unit leaking which looked like it was developing mold growth that would be my only concern

Bright, new, modern condo in a great location that’s walkable to several breweries, bakeries, and coffee shops. Our son really enjoyed watching trains go by off the back balcony, however, if you’re sensitive to that low rumble noise at night, perhaps this isn’t the place for you. It definitely wasn’t loud, but noticeable. Overall, we had a good stay

Hostess was responsive to my messages.Directions were clear.Keycodes worked well.Apartment was clean.The only area to improve was the heating units were not very effective and it was January.

Really great place! A couple of things were an adjustment. There was no tissue. The plug is the bathroom is not convenient to the mirror. The trains are very close by and can be disturbing. There was no salt and pepper (we remedied that and left them there). It was close to everything to see. It was a very safe building and quiet as in we heard no one else in the building. All in all a great stay!

Beautiful condo!!! The location was great! Perfect for Hoopfest weekend. Cute restaurants and coffee shops near by. Great gym in the building. Having secured park was reassuring. Everything was perfect!
