Tiny but mighty! The apartment provided a clean and cozy place to land after a long road trip. Owner was stellar at communicating details ahead of arrival, easing any concerns about location or access. I valued the dedicated parking spot since I was in-and-out many times during my stay and I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable bed. Bonus points for the variety of coffee pods, Keurig machine, filtered water and snacks. Thanks for your hospitality Misty. :D

Such a cute space in an older building near downtown. Was easy to find and the host had amazing communication. Would definitely stay here again!

This place was so cute! Perfect size for a single person, two could work also if you’re cozy! The kitchen was well stocked, the keurig was great, the tv and couch were awesome, decor was adorable, bathroom was small but fine for one person. Will definitely stay here again.

Unit was clean and accurate to description. Loved snacks provided. And the on-site assigned parking was perfect as I came and went a fair amount during my stay. Close to University of Utah. Great communication with Misty.

This was my second time staying in this unit as it is very convenient to family in the area. It's quiet, clean and has everything I need to feel comfortable. There are stairs, so if that is an issue, this may not be the unit for you.

The space was clean. It was very comfortable for us. The parking and entry directions were clear. We had questions about how best to get out of the city on Marathon day and Misty replied quickly and helped us out. There was a great selection of teas - one of my favorite brands and coffee for my husband.

Overall great stay for the price. Location was relatively quiet. Parking spots are right outside the unit which is handy. Property manager was very amenable and the communication was great.

Great little spot.

Great spot to recharge throughout a 4 day local music festival. Convenient to bus lines and train lines. A very nice touch was the included coffee pod station and snacks.

Everything was great. The owner made check in/out and all house amenities very easy so little communication was needed but even with the ease of checking in, she still made contact to make sure we had everything we needed :)

Excellent rental

This was a well appointed apartment. The hosts responded almost immediately to any questions I had. They responded quickly to a request for extra towels (within hours). The mattress was very comfortable. I found the location convenient to downtown and campus. Best I’ve stayed at in SLC so far after 12 trips!

My wife and I spent 5 nights in Misty's unit. It's in a very cool historical building near downtown and, while it's on a major street, the noise was minimal due to its location at the back of the building and in the basement that's quite soundproof. Daytime temps were in the mid-90s, yet the unit stayed quite cool without the need for lots of AC. It's well stocked with cooking supplies, although we only did that one night. The bed is very comfortable, and it was spotless clean when we arrived. Getting in and out was simple and the dedicated parking space in the back is perfect. Groceries at Sprouts (half a block away), Whole Foods and Trader Joes are all easily accessible within a couple of miles. During our stay someone in a neighboring building had a car alarm that went off every night between 1 and 4AM which was disturbing, but certainly not Misty's fault. It did not go off on our final night, so hopefully that's been resolved by its owner. Overall, this was an excellent experience for us, and we'd certainly enjoy staying here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you Misty!!!

The location was super convenient and it was great to have private parking. The unit was small, but provided everything we needed. Misty provided lots of thoughtful little touches, like leaving cold water for us in the fridge and a basket of snacks to welcome us. Checking in and out could not have been more smooth, communication was great!

The property was SO cute, even better than the photos! Communication was very clear and helpful, and it was so nice having a dedicated parking spot. There were snacks and filtered water in the unit, and absolutely everything you could possibly need for your stay. Having a security system in the unit was great for peace of mind. The only issue I had was with a lot of noise from the upstairs unit after quiet hours. I couldn’t tell if it was a domestic situation or a party, but the music was so clear it sounded like it was playing in my room and sleeping was impossible between the bass, yelling, and wrestling(?). I would definitely stay here again, but would consider a higher level floor since I usually just use the unit for sleep.

We sincerely apologize for the noise/party above you that was happening past our quiet hours. We feel terrible about that, especially since parties and gatherings are not allowed in our building.
