The villa offers a spacious floor plan that is ideal for entertaining and relaxing. The living room has vaulted ceilings, bay windows with lots of light and nature views. Luxury cortec flooring has been added through out the villa. The kitchen has been renovated with new cabintry, quartz countertops, coffee bar and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen leads out to an open air patio to enjoy the sunrise with a coffee in hand or alfresco dining under the stars. The first floor master bedroom has a large king bed with access to the patio. Next to a full renovated bathroom with walk in shower.
On the second floor you will find Bedroom 2 with two twin beds and sky lights. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and access to a private patio to soak in Ocean breezes with a glass of wine.
Upstairs has a full bathroom with fullsize tub for bathing after a long day.

Seabrook Island is a private gated community located about 25 miles from historic Charleston. Seabrook Island has 3.5 miles of beach, plenty of nature trails, and Equestrian Center.

To Access the club amenities, you must preorder your amenity card 15 days from trip and pick up from the Seabrook Island Amenity office. The card is a $15.00 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to Seabrook Island amenities.
