The condo was a great location and had lots of things you need for traveling. Well appointed kitchen and plenty of space for our family of 4. The location right by the walkway to the ocean was perfect as well.

We really enjoyed our stay at Atrium Villas on Seabrook Island! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the golf course, Seabrook Island Club, pool, and beach, making it a great home base for enjoying everything the island has to offer.From booking the villa to checking in, the entire process was absolutely seamless. Sheri was wonderful to work with and extremely responsive whenever we had a question.The only minor issue we encountered was that one of the TVs wasn't working. However, we spent so little time inside the villa that it really wasn't an issue for us.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider staying at Atrium Villas again on a future trip to Seabrook Island!

Our first visit to Seabrook Island and this rental was perfect. Just enough space, clean, perfect view of the beach.

This is our second time staying at this condo and the location couldn’t be more perfect with two little kids. It was very clean and had everything we need minus laundry detergent which I had reached to the owner out about & the cleaning lady was supposed to bring it the next day, but never did. That’s not the owners fault. It may be listed in the description, not sure - if not, stating that the renters should bring their own and perhaps shampoo which they had, but not conditioner and body wash would make things more pleasant. Would and probably will rent it again despite those little things.

A charming 2 bedroom with high ceilings with views and sounds of the ocean. Sunsets are unbelievable. The food at the main dining restaurant was excellent. Pickleball short drive away. Charleston is 40 minutes away if you choose to go.

We loved everything about our stay! The location, view, cleanliness, amenities in the condo and at Seabrook are just amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better place for our girls’ trip this year!

Relaxing in Great Atmosphere

Clean, safe, and secure, the villa was perfectly situated. Beach, pool, eats, and privacy made it the perfect atmosphere for our family. And, that ocean view....great.

Lovely location

Wonderful hosts and wonderful location with ocean views. Tricky to find, stay on main road past pool and ignore your GPS. Really nice, hope to come back.

Beautiful Seabrook

Wonderful view from balcony. Villa was very nice and well presented. Atrium Villas are a great place to stay directly across from the beach!

Great Stay!

This is our first time staying at Seabrook Island, and we couldn't be happier! The beach, pool, and clubhouse are all within walking distance. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed and then some. Sheri was quick to respond to my texts. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful beach vacation

We had a great visit at Seabrook Island! The location of this unit was perfect for us, just a walk across one road to get to the beach and the pool. The views of the ocean from all the rooms was lovely. The property was very clean and we found everything we needed to cook several meals and we all slept well too!

We had a wonderful experience. This is our second time staying at Atrium Villas & we love the proximity to the beach & club pool since we come with our children. This unit was renovated & had more than we needed. Thanks Sherri, we hope to be back.

We started taking our family to Seabrook in 1984 and loved the island and its amenities so much we purchased this oceanfront condo in 1996. Needless to say, a third generation is coming along now and enjoying it island.

Seabrook is perfect for your family. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, the Club offers The Teen Club and The Kids Club. The Teen Club, a Club room beside the Pelican Restaurant at the Beach Club. They have other actives such as pool volleyball, s’mores bon fires, pizza pool parties. There are different activities each day.

The Kids Club is available for younger children, divided into two age groupings.
