Perfect spot for our stay in Los Alamos. Cozy house with a nice porch and fenced in yard that worked perfectly for our dog. House had all of the amenities we needed. Location was great for the Los Alamos sites, Bandelier and Valles Caldera. Would stay again.

Cute and cozy place! The fenced backyard was nice for letting the dogs out. A few things needed repair, but everything worked fine. The location is wonderful and close to downtown, the lab and exploring other mesa.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay. Location great. Quiet neighborhood. Kitchen is well equipped including coffee. Beds comfy. Heaters get house warm even during freezing weather.

Home was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Deer visited almost every evening. Home was very clean. Beds were comfortable, and all plumbing worked well. We are 70's hikers and climbers and found a couple of things lacking. There is only a very high breakfast bar or a low table in the living room to dine upon. Neither was very comfortable or accessible for older folks. A small dinette would fit nicely in the living room without a problem. There is no cable or broadcast television - only the LG channels available on the TV. Not having access to national and local news was bothersome. One gets tired of watching endless reruns of Gunsmoke and Bobby Flay.There was a defrost problem with the refrigerator which can happen in any home, and that would not affect my decision to stay here again. All things being said, I would definitely re-book this house. But for the dining and entertainment situation, this would be a solid 5 in my book.

Awesome Weekend in Los Alamos

The property was in a perfect location for my group. We thoughouly enjoyed the kitchen and warmth this slace brought us. Plent of room for our group.

Cozy Stay

We loved our stay at Los Alamos. The home was a cozy place to call home. There were six of us so it was snug, but super fun. Plenty of heaters a to keep you warm too. We cooked our meals and the kitchen was nicely stocked too.

Business visit to Los Alamos

Very clean / comfy bed / good kitchen with free coffee / needs table for eating / big plus that I could charge my EV / I wish they had MSNBC on the TV instead of Fox news / need a comfy chair in living room (or lazy boy) /overall better stay than the Holiday Inn in Los Alamos

Excellent communication with owner. Cute, very comfortable updated home in a friendly neighbourhood. Easy workable kitchen. Comfortable sofa in lounge Very comfortable bed with great USB sockets on bed head, good bedside cabinets and lights.Really enjoyed sitting in the covered outside. Walkable to the local excellent museumsand the centre of Los Alamos.

Comfortable & Clean

Rented this place for a job im doing there for me and a couple of workers and it was clean and comfortable. Host was easy to get a hold of and place was nice and warm as there was a blizzard and it was cold outside. We enjoyed the treats that were left infreezer. Nice place to stay at in future thanks again to our host.

Comfortable and cozy house in Los Alamos

The location was so convenient for getting around the city. The beds were comfortable. There were various kinds of heaters around the house that gave a very cozy feel. This house that was built in 1948 has character and the modern conveniences you expect in a rental. The owners were so helpful and easy to reach. I recommend this location.

Good small house

The location was a nice 4 minute drive to the center of Los Alamos, and the street was quite residential. The beds were nice and kitchen clean and workable. The yard is just dirt, and there was no access to the back yard. But, 5 deer walked by; that was cool.

We enjoyed our visit - the home is cute and a bit rustic. The kitchen is terrific - nice appliances and everything you could need. It would be very nice to have a table sit at to eat. The stools at the elevated counter in the kitchen don't work - they are too low for the counter. It is a very quiet and convenient location - not a fancy location - but very comfortable. There is a nice porch for sitting - but the furniture had not been cleaned since winter - so was a bit dusty. The bed was very comfortable. There is no central heating or cooling - but a wall heater made the chilly mornings better and there is radiant heat in the bedrooms (this is not a fast way to heat). The bathroom is small but workable. We enjoyed Los Alamos and the vast network of trails are amazing for walking/hiking and mountain biking. It is a spectacular place to enjoy the outdoors - and some interesting history as well,
