Spacious 3-Bedroom Home in Phoenix with WiFi & Modern Amenities
Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Phoenix. This lovely property features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 queen air mattress, and one lounge sofa with a large couch in the living room - perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. With amenities like WiFi, heating, AC, washing machine and dryer guests can feel right at home. 1.5 bathrooms with 1 shower. and bathtub, along with a half bathroom off the primary. Plus, there's an awesome office space with the sofa bed for extra convenience. The large backyard features a fire pit, and unheated pool. We hope you enjoy what our place and Phoenix has to offer.
Please note that our friendly indoor/outdoor cat will be on the property during your stay. She is very affectionate and loves meeting new people. She’s independent and self-feeding, so you won’t need to worry about her care, but she may enjoy a few extra petting sessions if you’re open to it!
We don’t often rent out our home, so please keep in mind that we’re very this is a lived in home. While the house is cleaned, it’s not managed by a professional rental company. It’s a cozy, lived-in space, and we hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!
